Pros/Cons
Pros
- Also, they have pretty good ways to teach you about the fundamentals of the product. I've been using it for only a couple of weeks, but it seems well worth the money and useful.
- The integration with Salesforce is very strong, it provides many opportunities for insight and reporting and it is very helpful in closing the gap between marketing and sales.
- I love the ease of use and the organization Marketo uses, I also love how it is now integrated with so many Adobe services.
Cons
- Their API is very weak and limited. Lack of integration options and lack of support.
- Marketo has been frustrating to use after using other marketing automation tools on the market.
- How can you put a future price increase in a one year contract. Only an idiot would sign this and when pointed out to their "customer service" people, they didn't get the issue.
Pros
- He walked me through every step of the process with Thyrv and it was amazing. My website was up and running within 2 weeks, it looked great and we were ready to roll.
- With Thryv, the ease of use for the client to schedule appointments and myself for approving and manually scheduling has been wonderful. I can't say enough good things about Thryv.
- I love the ease of it, the CRM helps us stay connected to our clients and the team. The team behind the services like website design, walk-through at the beginning.
Cons
- They system picks random images and matches them with sentence fragments that make no sense. The tracking is extremely flawed and cannot be confirmed in any way.
- I think Thryv Sales sold me something and Thryv took NO action to get to know me as a person and gladly charged me every month for something that bought me NO Value.
- This is a scam and rip-off from their customers who decided to leave.
