Simple and effective
Our engagement with our clients has increased and management is able to see the impact of mass email engagement.
PROSOur Organisation was looking to generate mass email campaigns simply and easily. The ability to have many different subaccounts meant that we could use this throughout the Organisation flexibly without the different teams stepping on each other's workflows and output.
CONSThe template editor was finicky. If possible, create outside the tool and import.

Una herramienta que cumple con las expectativas
Mi experiencia general ha sido muy buena. Con un equipo siempre a tu disposición y una herramienta potente con una buena relación calidad-precio que cumple con todas las expectativas.
PROSLo que más me ha gustado de MDirector es su servicio de atención al cliente. Siempre al pie del cañón con la solución a cualquier problema o duda que te pueda surgir. Aquí tienen un 10. Su herramienta de automatización es notable y fácil de usar si eres una persona a la que le gusta investigar e intentar sacarle el máximo partido a las herramientas.
CONSLo que menos me ha gustado y lo he transmitido en varias ocasiones (entendiendo las dificultades que tiene su implementación) es sus dashboards. Para obtener análizar los workflows de automation tienes que recurrir a manualidades y cruces con excel que quitan mucho tiempo. Un buen dashboard en Automation haría que mi opinión sobre MDirector fuese de 10... Tengo hasta pintado como me gustaría que fuese.

Por la variable funcionalidad-precio y porque ofrecía un servicio de atención al cliente alojado en España y la agilidad en las respuestas que esto conlleva.

MDirector, supporto tecnico e consegna delle email al top!
MDirector viene utilizzato da più persone del nostro team di marketing, tutti concordano sul fatto che è veramente intuitivo e la capacità di consegna delle email è veramente altissima.
PROSUtilizziamo la piattaforma MDirector per gestire tutte le nostre campagne di email marketing, sono 3 gli aspetti che riteniamo insuperabili: - Elevata capacità di consegna delle email - Semplicità di utilizzo, gestione e pianificazione delle campagne - Supporto tecnico in italiano di grande competenza
CONSQualche traduzione in italiano errata ma una volta segnalata è stato sistemata!

Herramienta sencilla, rápida y flexible.
La experiencia es muy buena y por este motivo la voy a seguir usando, tengo todo lo que necesito para mi negocio en este aplicativo.
PROSNo siendo un experto de email marketing puedo gestionar diferentes campañas de forma sencilla y rápida. La plataforma es muy intuitiva y las plantillas que tienen son muy útiles.
CONSLa interfaz no es muy bonita, es lo único negativo que le encuentro. Me parece que tiene buen precio por las funcionalidades que ofrece.
