Cons: I would love to be able to send to more than 300 contacts in one go, and I wish there was an auto update feature for lists, where someone leaves a position, that the person who takes over the role would autopopulate into your list. This possibly exists and I just need to look harder. I'd also love a pop-up when you use a template but don't change the title, reminding you to change it.
