Overall Edgar was great for scheduling content we wanted to repeat on a set schedule, however, the price eventually became an issue for us to be able to keep using the software.

The ability to create posts quickly and easily, add images or take posts from RSS feeds and put them into content libraries is very useful.

Great customer service format, and support tools.

Good Social Media Management Option, But Pricey.

It saves me 5+ hours a week. I really like the auto variation feature.

It's a huge timesaver- building a library of content for social media posts and being able to schedule them based on categories is awesome.

I like the fact that Meet Edgar can set the best time to publish for each different type of content that you add.

It's easy to set up, easy to use, easy to make adjustments to on the fly.

Edgar is definitely the best social media scheduling tool with the ability to recycle the posts on different social media platforms.

I used Edgar for a couple years and found it easy to use with multiple benefits.

Unable to post to google+ at this time. Unable to drag and drop schedule categories to later time slots.

Only one price point--great if you're big but horrible if you're just starting out or have a limited budget.

You can also decide for posts to only go out during specific timeframes. I love the program and will continue to use it as long as I can afford the monthly fee.

There are other benefits of using the product as well.

Content auto generator is horrible--it literally pulls short sections from your content and can be bad for out-of-context stuff.

A good Social Media automation tool that could benefit from some enhancements.

There is no feature that allows you to monitor comments, and other forms of engagements from within the app.

As for the software, once you have the knack of it it has a few useful features like automatically changing titles etc. so you can reschedule old posts.

From their Octopus logo/mascot to their responsive customer service, the Edgar team makes doing business with them a pleasure.

You can only post to Facebook, Twitter & Linkedin - no Instagram. And you cannot manage online conversations (comments, retweets) from within Edgar.

I like that I can manage my Instagram account and my Facebook accounts under one interface. It has made it easier to search through my posts.

It gets a bit frustrating. I also hate the double authentication because I do not always have my phone with me when I need to get on the software.

Salesforce is a really great product I loved the tools used and tips to help you create sales and serve better for customers.

Salesforce is the best customer relationship management tool in the market right now. The best thing I like about this software is the features.

There is little to be said about cons. I experienced minor trouble when accessing customer support at some point which would probably be the worst of it.

I love using Salesforce. It is very user friendly and helps me be able to track my progress and create a clean pipeline.

Ref IDs are my biggest pet peeve, they don't always work and I've lost emails this way from clients. This leads to a bad consumer experience for everyone involved.

Ease of use and works great for small (that's us) or large companies it blends well with other programs is customizable and tracking is good,  reach out is also very easy to use.

Overall Salesforce is great and can integrate with hundreds of other platforms which makes it an amazing tool to use company wide, not just for sales.

Like I stated before, I was happy about the switch to Salesforce Lightning, but it has turned out to be great. I like that my emails and Talkdesk are integrated into Salesforce as well.

My team members use it in delivering great sales and customer service experience and it has been a great help for all of us.

The integration with gmail is awesome. Being able to automatically log emails to the appropriate account instantly is such a nice feature.

I like that this platform is easy (for the most part) to use. I also find that the customer support is amazing and always willing to help.

It's also supported by awesome community and the best documentation/support in the business. The Trailblazer community leads the tech industry in training and documentation.
