I like the Slack integration and the ability to monitor competitor brand names. Good data analysis charts too.

It is straight forward and extremely easy to use.

Positive for basic monitoring of brand on the free version.

I also like that it can also scan Twitter for brand mentions, leading to a more prominent media article that I always miss in Google alerts.

I'm testing the service and the API we are so happy with the results and the support person James William Hughes  is so awesome.

You would think for the amount of money they spend you could do something more with the software. Pricing is just outrageous.

Since using mention it has cut down the amount of time been taken up keeping track of all the different social media channels as the software does it all for you. You can even set it to post for you.

That and they fact that the reporting and features in many ways have no flexibility make this software very frustrating for us.

Pardot is a Salesforce Marketing extension, and I really liked to use both applications. There are different API connectors that can be used to integrate other software I use, like webinar software.

In turn, the product has an excellent return on investment thanks to the good management of the campaigns it allows.

There are even character limits on how much you can enter in one argument field.

There isn't an undo button which is very frustrating.

It has lots of different and useful features, and helps you automate lots of different tasks. It's great for email automation.

Once Salesforce bought Pardot, the customer service experience got very bad. It was incredibly hard to find answers to y questions or to get live support.

The software is great for staying in touch with prospects and clients. It makes it easy to set up emails, create content, measure and report on results, and build stronger relationships.

Great to up your inbound marketing game through strong prospect tracking and seamless sync with Salesforce CRM.

We are very happy with pardot and look forward to implementing more of the features pardot has to offer.

The cost is ridiculous given what is available from competition.
