It’s the best professional level software for any office or school. Very reliable and super user friendly.

I grew up with this software, it was taught to me at school and I thought it was the only way to do things. I was in love with Microsoft 365, its useful, accessible and easy to use tools.

I love that the programs integrate seamlessly and can store files online in the SharePoint platform for ease of use when sharing documents for collaboration.

It's very easy to use and the fact that you are able to not only switch between them very quickly and seamlessly, but the fact that they integrate with one another is amazing.

Overall experience is great start from installing to using and updating yearly in the organisation. It just takes care of its own when it comes to updating which is great.

It is terrible on mobile or even if you just have the admin panel taking up half of your screen. Can be frustrating to work with.

The overall suite is nice to collaborate with fellow employees on specifically Microsoft Teams is amazing for collaboration.

My overall experience is good  I would recommend this program to everyone. I have had a positive experience  with this program.

If I have no internet connection then I an not able to access anything which can be frustrating if I am out somewhere with no connection.

My experience with Microsoft 365 has been great. I really like using the software because it helps me with business letters and eeseach.

It's nice to have a one-stop-shop for all of your needs. That makes it super helpful because it works across platforms.

Non profit pricing is excellent. Love the Office 365 Exchange much better than on-site.

Customer Service is included in the cos,  I have had to call them a couple of times and have been taken care of by a real person and they have resolved whatever issue I was having.

Everything you love about the disk version of Microsoft but in the cloud. Super easy to use, super easy to share - and you can plugin in Grammarly.

I like some of the apps that you can integrate with the system. They are superior and more advanced.

There are many things that I love about this program. The price point is fantastic, especially considering all the resources you get for a small monthly fee.

The auto quarantining is a bit aggressive and sometimes has false positives. As an admin I can release them so no email is lost, but still a bit annoying.

I love that they offer Office 365 for free to use, and I love the ease of most of their apps, such as Microsoft Word, and a few other docs.

Doing the same search query on desktop vs. browser will consistently return different results, which is particularly frustrating. The calendaring system has also gotten worse over the years.

The overall experience has been wonderful. Even the customer support was a pleasant surprise, compared to others.

It was a godsend to have 365 in place, because I was able to move my business out of the office as needed during the more challenging springtime, and now have the option to work from home as desired.

The microsoft suite is amazing because it is compatible with pretty much everything now. Making documents is great because it has review things where you can send things to other people.

Microsoft Support is horrible and it takes an incredibly long time to get through to them if you have a problem.

Overall Microsoft 365 is an amazing product with great features and wonderful customer service.

It worked well for what it needed to, the ability to upload images to leads was strong, note taking, and specific lead notes was great too.

One of the better priced Customer Management programs for sales teams that still has lots and lots of features.

The worst part about this software is the battery that is required to run it... you need a portable charger or two to stay alive.

Sales rabbit software is great when it comes to selling of products and services. I love how it's organized and reliable.

It is a good program to do business through. Really enjoy using it, it is quick and easy.

This is kind of research based result oriented software where it enables the team members to implement best in the industry.

I have enjoyed my Sales Rabbit experience. From their onboarding, customer support, and ease of use, my team was prepared to go and make house visit.

Ease of use is really high. It provides many amazing tools for Door to Door sales.

After three summers of doing d2d sales sales rabbit has improved each and every year. I lobe how they continue to change and make their product better and more user friendly.

Sales Rabbit was very simple to use and did what I needed. It helped me manage my sales area and was easy to get customer service.

It tells me my homeowners info before I ever get to their door. This helps me to market my homeowner correctly.

The most interesting part of SR is its functionality and features, It has delivered everything that was needed.

Everything ran smooth for me, I know that the layout can be simpler but I enjoyed using it. What helps is the amount of referrals that I heard this from, great networking.

Sometimes we have problems where the app freezes, but this happens with almost all apps from time to time these days.

Great notes features, integrated with calendar, using reminders to help mat appointments.

I use it to track my door to door sales. It is super easy to use and it is great because it integrates with a GPS map so you can actually SEE the neighborhoods you are knocking.

I don't know enough about this product to give pros and cons as well as the next but I do like the API function with Agemni very much.

I've been very pleased with the ease of use and every time I need tech help it's resolved quickly and efficiently.

However, being forced to use this software by my employer, resulted in more frustration, confusion and disappointment to be totally honest with you.
