It’s the best professional level software for any office or school. Very reliable and super user friendly.

I grew up with this software, it was taught to me at school and I thought it was the only way to do things. I was in love with Microsoft 365, its useful, accessible and easy to use tools.

I love that the programs integrate seamlessly and can store files online in the SharePoint platform for ease of use when sharing documents for collaboration.

It's very easy to use and the fact that you are able to not only switch between them very quickly and seamlessly, but the fact that they integrate with one another is amazing.

Overall experience is great start from installing to using and updating yearly in the organisation. It just takes care of its own when it comes to updating which is great.

It is terrible on mobile or even if you just have the admin panel taking up half of your screen. Can be frustrating to work with.

The overall suite is nice to collaborate with fellow employees on specifically Microsoft Teams is amazing for collaboration.

My overall experience is good  I would recommend this program to everyone. I have had a positive experience  with this program.

If I have no internet connection then I an not able to access anything which can be frustrating if I am out somewhere with no connection.

My experience with Microsoft 365 has been great. I really like using the software because it helps me with business letters and eeseach.

It's nice to have a one-stop-shop for all of your needs. That makes it super helpful because it works across platforms.

Non profit pricing is excellent. Love the Office 365 Exchange much better than on-site.

Customer Service is included in the cos,  I have had to call them a couple of times and have been taken care of by a real person and they have resolved whatever issue I was having.

Everything you love about the disk version of Microsoft but in the cloud. Super easy to use, super easy to share - and you can plugin in Grammarly.

I like some of the apps that you can integrate with the system. They are superior and more advanced.

There are many things that I love about this program. The price point is fantastic, especially considering all the resources you get for a small monthly fee.

It's super easy to setup for my employees. I get the peace of mind they are using the best.

And all includen in the same plan. I use it in my work space and its amazing, the flexibility and the integration is amazing.

I like the ease of use of Office 365. It is a great value for the money and helps me keep all of my business information easily accessible.

The auto quarantining is a bit aggressive and sometimes has false positives. As an admin I can release them so no email is lost, but still a bit annoying.

I love that they offer Office 365 for free to use, and I love the ease of most of their apps, such as Microsoft Word, and a few other docs.

Doing the same search query on desktop vs. browser will consistently return different results, which is particularly frustrating. The calendaring system has also gotten worse over the years.

The overall experience has been wonderful. Even the customer support was a pleasant surprise, compared to others.

It was a godsend to have 365 in place, because I was able to move my business out of the office as needed during the more challenging springtime, and now have the option to work from home as desired.

The microsoft suite is amazing because it is compatible with pretty much everything now. Making documents is great because it has review things where you can send things to other people.

Microsoft Support is horrible and it takes an incredibly long time to get through to them if you have a problem.

Overall Microsoft 365 is an amazing product with great features and wonderful customer service.

It’s been a great product and I like having mag programs to get various jobs done. Price point is good and quality is great.

The worst thing would be that its hard to recover lost excel documents as they don't show in recent workbooks.

Most Expensive Worst Experience You Will Ever Have.

IT is sometimes hard to organize and sort files.

This is a sales persons greatest tool. In addition you can create custom objects to enable the support team to better work cases.

Salesforce Marketing Cloud is great and only getting better.

It's is very costly as compared to others I  the market.

I really enjoy the interface  it is easy to use and has a lot of features that aid you in finding the help you need. It also helps out business in more than one ways.

Documentation is poor and almost always not descriptive enough and outdated. The system itself is very buggy.

Good enterprise solution but lots of customization.

Got duped by salesforce salespeople into thinking this is cutting edge technology.

Not only do you pay a PREMIUM price for Marketing Cloud, but you'll also end up spending more time than you should trying to figure out this product.

The support and training from SF have been excellent.

I like that Send Time Optimization was included, this was extra with the previous e-mail marketing product we used.

This product poses itself as top of class, but that's only in pricing.

Also opening a ticket with customer support is a pain, especially if you don't have a Salesforce login (I've tried both with and without.).

I love Journey Builder and its native connections to Salesforce. Dynamic capabilities are extremely robust.

You get the benefit of an easy to use email platform, and the ability to automate workflows to enhance the personation of your customers.

Salesforce is good, but HubSpot is a better CRM.

Salesforce Marketing Cloud was easy to use and easy to teach people how to use. It was a cost effective product.

Like all of Salesforce's products, their marketing cloud is an extremely powerful tool with lots of customizable capability and robust features.

Can be a lag between menus/options however nothing big. No real big complaints on our end any issues are rep is there to meet our needs.

We have a Sales cloud integration which does not work well with Marketing cloud.

Also, even though it's the same company, the integration between Salesforce and Marketing Cloud is complex and just basically terrible. Cloud Pages Smart Capture forms are useless.

The user interface is horrible therefore it is not easy to navigate through the application.

Salesforce helps my salesman keep the group on the same page. Chatter works great and you can put reports on it that everyone can see.

Encourages cross-team communications. Great support from the vendor, and strong community of users and third-party integrators.

Maybe it's a little difficult to learn at first, but the learning phase is quite fast and you end up knowing it very quickly.

If you pay the money, you can make salesforce into an amazing wonderful tool for your business. It's capabilities and customizations can really make your business run smoothly.

It's one of the most popular CRM, so most people are familiar with it. As such, it integrates with several other software tools out there.

Ampscript is required for many complex landing pages and emails. Difficult to use for a single user with no development background.

Easy to use (especially with Content Builder), lots of customization, allows me to send to Salesforce Reports/Lists.

Thats a problem because most Marketing Teams do not write code.

This system has a lot of advanced features which is really cool. It provides different integrations with other systems which is very useful.

Very useful for establishing end to end consumer journeys.
