It’s the best professional level software for any office or school. Very reliable and super user friendly.

I grew up with this software, it was taught to me at school and I thought it was the only way to do things. I was in love with Microsoft 365, its useful, accessible and easy to use tools.

I love that the programs integrate seamlessly and can store files online in the SharePoint platform for ease of use when sharing documents for collaboration.

It's very easy to use and the fact that you are able to not only switch between them very quickly and seamlessly, but the fact that they integrate with one another is amazing.

Overall experience is great start from installing to using and updating yearly in the organisation. It just takes care of its own when it comes to updating which is great.

It is terrible on mobile or even if you just have the admin panel taking up half of your screen. Can be frustrating to work with.

The overall suite is nice to collaborate with fellow employees on specifically Microsoft Teams is amazing for collaboration.

My overall experience is good  I would recommend this program to everyone. I have had a positive experience  with this program.

If I have no internet connection then I an not able to access anything which can be frustrating if I am out somewhere with no connection.

My experience with Microsoft 365 has been great. I really like using the software because it helps me with business letters and eeseach.

It's nice to have a one-stop-shop for all of your needs. That makes it super helpful because it works across platforms.

Non profit pricing is excellent. Love the Office 365 Exchange much better than on-site.

Customer Service is included in the cos,  I have had to call them a couple of times and have been taken care of by a real person and they have resolved whatever issue I was having.

Everything you love about the disk version of Microsoft but in the cloud. Super easy to use, super easy to share - and you can plugin in Grammarly.

I like some of the apps that you can integrate with the system. They are superior and more advanced.

There are many things that I love about this program. The price point is fantastic, especially considering all the resources you get for a small monthly fee.

The auto quarantining is a bit aggressive and sometimes has false positives. As an admin I can release them so no email is lost, but still a bit annoying.

I love that they offer Office 365 for free to use, and I love the ease of most of their apps, such as Microsoft Word, and a few other docs.

Doing the same search query on desktop vs. browser will consistently return different results, which is particularly frustrating. The calendaring system has also gotten worse over the years.

The overall experience has been wonderful. Even the customer support was a pleasant surprise, compared to others.

It was a godsend to have 365 in place, because I was able to move my business out of the office as needed during the more challenging springtime, and now have the option to work from home as desired.

The microsoft suite is amazing because it is compatible with pretty much everything now. Making documents is great because it has review things where you can send things to other people.

Microsoft Support is horrible and it takes an incredibly long time to get through to them if you have a problem.

Overall Microsoft 365 is an amazing product with great features and wonderful customer service.

Only thing that i don't like is limits that i have in my account, but this is normal because they have many plans with different limits.

Bad stuff: audit is a bit raw. Bugs here and there after the redesign I guess.

Beyond the normal keyword analysis, domain rating, and rank tracking that most all SEO tools have, there are two main features of Serpstat that I like a great deal.

But for the people who have bigger sites, the daily query limit can be frustrating.

This is a crowded software space, which can make it difficult to stand out though.

I like that the reports include a lot of definitions regarding the items in the report. This has made it useful to share the report with people that I work with that don't know SEO terminology.

The price of these tools compared to their competitors makes Serpstat a real winner.

And yes, they have a great and extremely responsive customer support making troubleshooting easy.

I bought a lifetime membership at a great price which has provided me amazing value.

The price of this type of tools is not available to everyone. Serpstat also tends to fail a bit in terms of search volumes and rankings.

Serpstat has a very gentle learning curve and I've found it to be an affordable alternative to other similar services.

They provide there interface and all the functionality with lots of languages which is excellent for the local country markets.

Very flexible and easy to use via API. Regular big data receiving without any troubles.

It's nice to have for personal projects. I don't use it much, but it's good to have my pocket.

The dashboard is clean and it is easy to use. I loved the combination of blue and white, making it easy on the eyes.

Using Serpstat tools via API. Easy to connect via API to receive big data and there is no any additional costs - API already is available on all the plans even cheapest lite plan.

Extremely easy to navigate UI / UX and constant product updates. Also, enjoy being able to set multiple projects.

It is a good tool, having everything in one tool is great to have an order in the future. I will try to use it for my client projects.

When you act upon the information that is provided you will increase your rankings and improve your site. When in doubt their support chat works like a charm.

There are a few pros to Serpstat, but what i like is its clean interface, especially with multiple websites going at once.

It has most of the features that SEMrush and Ahrefs offer and does them almost as well. The price point makes it an attractive alternative and it has a few extra surprises too.

Easy of use is key aspect as it really user friendly navigation, with some advanced features included. Great for SEO and PPC keyword research and site audit tools.

The layout is easy to use and it's great that can you can create projects allowing you to monitor domains.

It also has an API and the licensing works in such a way to make it easy and inexpensive to add reporting to the dashboards for multiple websites.

Great tools for everyday use and if you starting doing SEO and PPC really helpful tools to save you time and money.

The biggest complaint would have to be that it doesn't cache results, so if you are researching a topic and need to jump back and forth between different views it does  a new query.
