It’s the best professional level software for any office or school. Very reliable and super user friendly.

I grew up with this software, it was taught to me at school and I thought it was the only way to do things. I was in love with Microsoft 365, its useful, accessible and easy to use tools.

I love that the programs integrate seamlessly and can store files online in the SharePoint platform for ease of use when sharing documents for collaboration.

It's very easy to use and the fact that you are able to not only switch between them very quickly and seamlessly, but the fact that they integrate with one another is amazing.

Overall experience is great start from installing to using and updating yearly in the organisation. It just takes care of its own when it comes to updating which is great.

It is terrible on mobile or even if you just have the admin panel taking up half of your screen. Can be frustrating to work with.

The overall suite is nice to collaborate with fellow employees on specifically Microsoft Teams is amazing for collaboration.

My overall experience is good  I would recommend this program to everyone. I have had a positive experience  with this program.

If I have no internet connection then I an not able to access anything which can be frustrating if I am out somewhere with no connection.

My experience with Microsoft 365 has been great. I really like using the software because it helps me with business letters and eeseach.

It's nice to have a one-stop-shop for all of your needs. That makes it super helpful because it works across platforms.

Non profit pricing is excellent. Love the Office 365 Exchange much better than on-site.

Customer Service is included in the cos,  I have had to call them a couple of times and have been taken care of by a real person and they have resolved whatever issue I was having.

Everything you love about the disk version of Microsoft but in the cloud. Super easy to use, super easy to share - and you can plugin in Grammarly.

I like some of the apps that you can integrate with the system. They are superior and more advanced.

There are many things that I love about this program. The price point is fantastic, especially considering all the resources you get for a small monthly fee.

The auto quarantining is a bit aggressive and sometimes has false positives. As an admin I can release them so no email is lost, but still a bit annoying.

I love that they offer Office 365 for free to use, and I love the ease of most of their apps, such as Microsoft Word, and a few other docs.

Doing the same search query on desktop vs. browser will consistently return different results, which is particularly frustrating. The calendaring system has also gotten worse over the years.

The overall experience has been wonderful. Even the customer support was a pleasant surprise, compared to others.

It was a godsend to have 365 in place, because I was able to move my business out of the office as needed during the more challenging springtime, and now have the option to work from home as desired.

The microsoft suite is amazing because it is compatible with pretty much everything now. Making documents is great because it has review things where you can send things to other people.

Microsoft Support is horrible and it takes an incredibly long time to get through to them if you have a problem.

Overall Microsoft 365 is an amazing product with great features and wonderful customer service.

The worst thing would be that its hard to recover lost excel documents as they don't show in recent workbooks.

We went round and round with them for 4 months about an issue to later find that it was a bug on there end. Using the product is hard and the data you're provide on your popups is limited.

I hate that many times you have to re-login to sumo when it's connected through your website.

SumoMe tools helped me quickly add the necessary e-mail capture features to a website, and I didn't need to worry about missing paying customers from day one of having the website live.

They come with very easy to use directions. It has a lot of features that costs money on other programs.

Ability to collect email address from user on exit. Discount Codes (ecommerce plan offers unique codes).

We only wanted to use ONE popup and couldnt. Horrible customer support with limited knowledge about their own product.

Very easy to set-up a pop-up form for getting people to sign-up to email lists. Easy to integrate with most used email management services such as Mailchimp and others.

For the price (or lack of price) you cant beat the cost-to-benefit ratio Sumo provides. The team behind Sumo and other products (SendFox, TidyCal, etc) is great and always working on the products.

Tried several tools but definitely SUMO is the best solution to grow my business. Easy to use and implement with a lot of documentation.

Setting up Sumo on each of my websites was very intuitive and easy to accomplish. There are features that allow you to personalize the look and the experience visitors to the site will each have.

It's great for new content websites or blogs which you need to test for lead captures without spending additional budget.

That was their trick to make me forget about them and start billing me. I never received any email, reports, invoice...nothing.

This is a very solid tool for growing your business. I've built email lists in multiple niches and tools like Sumo help you do that fast, using high-converting (tested) elements on your pages.

I like that I can change my pop up box on my website. Their customer support is really good and someone always gets back to me.

Before using Sumo, I coded the forms myself or used other very poor plugins.

Easy to integrate with your website. Lots of options to integrate with most of the email providers out there and the main ecommerce stores.

I have been able to share my own content with my audience on all my various social platforms like facebook, twitter, etc. to make them aware of new contents.

So far Sumo free version is installed on two our websites and everyone is happy with is.

Code is easy to install via GTM. My favourite feature is smart mode for visibility, which really is helpfull when you need to add a sign up form to your website quickly.

I like best the ease of use in setting up this program to provide my website visitor's with a better on-site experience while also providing me with detailed metrics on those visitors.

This plugins is very easy to install and create the account. The good thing is it allows you to create one account and use it on multiple websites without confusing you.

It has some display related bugs and multiple accounts and sites gets confusing to manage.

That can be annoying when wanting to trial the product before buying it.

What I like the most about Sumo's email marketing platform is the ease of use. It's so easy to set up and you don't get lost in many features like it happens with MailChimp.
