It’s the best professional level software for any office or school. Very reliable and super user friendly.

I grew up with this software, it was taught to me at school and I thought it was the only way to do things. I was in love with Microsoft 365, its useful, accessible and easy to use tools.

I love that the programs integrate seamlessly and can store files online in the SharePoint platform for ease of use when sharing documents for collaboration.

It's very easy to use and the fact that you are able to not only switch between them very quickly and seamlessly, but the fact that they integrate with one another is amazing.

Overall experience is great start from installing to using and updating yearly in the organisation. It just takes care of its own when it comes to updating which is great.

It is terrible on mobile or even if you just have the admin panel taking up half of your screen. Can be frustrating to work with.

The overall suite is nice to collaborate with fellow employees on specifically Microsoft Teams is amazing for collaboration.

My overall experience is good  I would recommend this program to everyone. I have had a positive experience  with this program.

If I have no internet connection then I an not able to access anything which can be frustrating if I am out somewhere with no connection.

My experience with Microsoft 365 has been great. I really like using the software because it helps me with business letters and eeseach.

It's nice to have a one-stop-shop for all of your needs. That makes it super helpful because it works across platforms.

Non profit pricing is excellent. Love the Office 365 Exchange much better than on-site.

Customer Service is included in the cos,  I have had to call them a couple of times and have been taken care of by a real person and they have resolved whatever issue I was having.

Everything you love about the disk version of Microsoft but in the cloud. Super easy to use, super easy to share - and you can plugin in Grammarly.

I like some of the apps that you can integrate with the system. They are superior and more advanced.

There are many things that I love about this program. The price point is fantastic, especially considering all the resources you get for a small monthly fee.

The auto quarantining is a bit aggressive and sometimes has false positives. As an admin I can release them so no email is lost, but still a bit annoying.

I love that they offer Office 365 for free to use, and I love the ease of most of their apps, such as Microsoft Word, and a few other docs.

Doing the same search query on desktop vs. browser will consistently return different results, which is particularly frustrating. The calendaring system has also gotten worse over the years.

The overall experience has been wonderful. Even the customer support was a pleasant surprise, compared to others.

It was a godsend to have 365 in place, because I was able to move my business out of the office as needed during the more challenging springtime, and now have the option to work from home as desired.

The microsoft suite is amazing because it is compatible with pretty much everything now. Making documents is great because it has review things where you can send things to other people.

Microsoft Support is horrible and it takes an incredibly long time to get through to them if you have a problem.

Overall Microsoft 365 is an amazing product with great features and wonderful customer service.

I really like the first reply data, the monitoring of the different team and the assistance of [sensitive content hidden] when I need help.

I needed to be able to monitor the efficiency of my team responding to emails, this worked perfectly for me.

The time taken to upload the emails for each person and the authentication process can be a bit slow. However, both of these are basically one-off problems.

It helps me keep track of customer service email accounts and ensure that our customers are receiving a timely reply from us.

I think the default visualizations and the verbiage for their filters and key indicators are a bit confusing.

Product was very easy to configure and user interface is intuitive. Per mailbox pricing is a positive.

Complex overview of process flows. Helps to understand the trends.

The dashboard with at-a-glance data is great and being able to easily switch between users with the dropdown and search feature is very convenient.

Set-up and execution are super easy. Platform is user friendly, which helps so I am not training Managers on how to use.

The customer service is above and beyond excellent. I'm amazed such a small company can be as agile and responsive to customer needs as these folks can.

Ease of use, reports are automated and sent to email.

TimetoReply - the Information I Want and the Information I'm Confused By.

This software has offered us the opportunity to ensure our clients are getting the customer service we promise.

I like that I can pull the team and see their e-mail stats as well as the e-mail productivity. I like that we can view the response times to different select groups if needed as well.

Easy to use, quick set up and friendly display of data.

I like that it easily broke down email response performance and had the ability to quickly filter and view teams/individual performance.

Any time we have had to reach out to support they have been quick to respond or get back to you and resolve the issue.

Very insightful results. Most pleased with the support and additional features.

The inability to change some data that is provided or how it is provided. I do not like that the historical data is not stored within the system if you have turnover.

This allows us to give all team members access that need it, to reports on shared accounts without driving up the cost. The visual presentation / dashboarding is nice.

We are happy with the tool and strive to perfect our services by monitoring that all emails are handled within their KPI's. The support service of TTR is exquisite.
