It’s the best professional level software for any office or school. Very reliable and super user friendly.

I grew up with this software, it was taught to me at school and I thought it was the only way to do things. I was in love with Microsoft 365, its useful, accessible and easy to use tools.

I love that the programs integrate seamlessly and can store files online in the SharePoint platform for ease of use when sharing documents for collaboration.

It's very easy to use and the fact that you are able to not only switch between them very quickly and seamlessly, but the fact that they integrate with one another is amazing.

Overall experience is great start from installing to using and updating yearly in the organisation. It just takes care of its own when it comes to updating which is great.

It is terrible on mobile or even if you just have the admin panel taking up half of your screen. Can be frustrating to work with.

The overall suite is nice to collaborate with fellow employees on specifically Microsoft Teams is amazing for collaboration.

My overall experience is good  I would recommend this program to everyone. I have had a positive experience  with this program.

If I have no internet connection then I an not able to access anything which can be frustrating if I am out somewhere with no connection.

My experience with Microsoft 365 has been great. I really like using the software because it helps me with business letters and eeseach.

Non profit pricing is excellent. Love the Office 365 Exchange much better than on-site.

Customer Service is included in the cos,  I have had to call them a couple of times and have been taken care of by a real person and they have resolved whatever issue I was having.

Everything you love about the disk version of Microsoft but in the cloud. Super easy to use, super easy to share - and you can plugin in Grammarly.

I like some of the apps that you can integrate with the system. They are superior and more advanced.

The auto quarantining is a bit aggressive and sometimes has false positives. As an admin I can release them so no email is lost, but still a bit annoying.

I love that they offer Office 365 for free to use, and I love the ease of most of their apps, such as Microsoft Word, and a few other docs.

Doing the same search query on desktop vs. browser will consistently return different results, which is particularly frustrating. The calendaring system has also gotten worse over the years.

The overall experience has been wonderful. Even the customer support was a pleasant surprise, compared to others.

It was a godsend to have 365 in place, because I was able to move my business out of the office as needed during the more challenging springtime, and now have the option to work from home as desired.

The microsoft suite is amazing because it is compatible with pretty much everything now. Making documents is great because it has review things where you can send things to other people.

Microsoft Support is horrible and it takes an incredibly long time to get through to them if you have a problem.

You don't need complicated equipment to start creating your videos and generate value. It has bazillions of resources to help you kickstart.

The customer support is extremely responsive and very helpful. The training we received as well as exactly what we needed to get everything set up.

There are so many cute features—gif thumbnails, and it’s easy to use and deploy. The customer service is really great too.

Good for embedding personal videos in your abm campaigns. It simplifies the process with seamless Salesforce integrations.

There is not much I don't like about this. The videos are hosted on their site and if you delete from your library the video is no longer available to view.

I like Vidyard as a new, fun way to engage prospects with video. Great visibility into when and how much prospects see.

I love the personal touch this software is able to give outreach. It is also so simple to use.

I am now using a new tool that my company pays for which does offer a better platform. However for a free extension this is brilliant.

We use it for creating training videos for our support team as well as quick customer screen captures for client training. Love the chrome extension, once set up, super easy.

I have the free version which is still great to make a quick and easy video to send a perspective buyer as a way to get their attention better compared to an email.

I live on Chrome so the chrome extension is super handy. I've found being able to attach recordings directly in my emails really useful and definitely my favorite feature.

Vidyard has been a great solution for making it easy to show our customers how to do specific actions on our platform.

As with many software, there are some features that are limited if you don't use de paid version.

Now we have integrated it with Hubspot and it gives us all the analytics we need to help understand our customers better.

Sometimes I get a bit lost when searching for past material.

There is also the option of having yourself on the screen whilst you do the demo. The integration with hubspot is great and makes it so easy to attach videos to emails.

The analytics VidYard captures is simply addictive (in a great way), providing great information about who, when, and their experience with the videos. Competitive price and fast customer service.

It makes it so easy to explain complex things. I can either explain it in a video, or share my screen and show them.

We use it for client outreach to make personal introduction videos, which always get a better response than normal test emails.

I really appreciate the ease of use and the ability to communicate more effectively.

The Best for Getting Creative, Simple Communications to Clients.

Sometimes when I include a Vidyard link in my email it ends up in the spam folder of the recipient. I haven't yet found a fix for this.
