Pros/Cons
Pros
- Great email functionality, great calendar and meeting set up ability. Links with other Microsoft products such as onenote and sharepoint that’s easy to organize files and meeting notes.
- This is one amazing solution without which I won't be able to be productive and efficient great tools and solution that fulfills my personal and professional needs for communication.
- It is very easy to use, intuitive, and a clean nice user interface. The search function is great and fast.
Cons
- There is no longer an option to report Scam or Phishing messages. Any junk mail is simply deleted, and with no way to monitor them, I end up getting the same ones again.
- Sometimes when I need to reset my password I cannot do it remotely. When it resets, it just syncs errors and you dont know right away you're missing emails.
- Receive a lot of spam using this email platform even after you designate certain messages as spam and request not to receive messages. Prefer google gmail platform over this one.
Pros
- Overall, the best of this product is offer you great words and target selection for the marketing mail strategy. It's offer us the best potential customer that we could get on the mailing.
- The best part is that the support from the team is excellent; fast response and they pretty much always have an answer for me immediately.
- I have had two other e-mail hosts and Zoho has been the best so far. Their prices are very good, their support is amazing.
Cons
- The biggest con I find in Zoho Mail is that sometimes its spam filters fails to classify what is spam and what is not.
- Adding and setting a new email domain with this software is very hard and confusing for the first time i am trying to do it.
- It keep showing error and can not correctly even after i am following the instruction that they provide in the manual.
