The automation journey triggers and user personalization feature is something I used often for various campaigns that have helped me achieve my marketing goals. Moreover, web messages/notifications have helped my team in increasing sales with the cleverly crafted trigger and template options. #### Cons The drawbacks of MoEngage are its price and loading time.
