Also, we can get live data from all the communication channels in a consolidated format within the MoEngage panel, which helps to measure campaign performance and goals achievement levels. #### Cons MoEngage does not allow setting event criteria having periods more than 180 days, and this becomes a problem when we create a segment where we intend to target very old inactive users.
