Pretty Good Dialer

Overall I had a great experience with Mojo the numbers are fairly accurate and the dialer is good

Pros

Mojo has one of the best dialer systems not only do you get the dialer but the CRM as well

Cons

I did not like that you could not hear the ring back when making dials it should be optional, also it was not very easy to stay organized in the system

Great dialer with Boomtown integration

It was a great multiuser program that worked well for the team I was on. A little harder for me to get the hang of than other dialers but it had a lot of capabilites.

Pros

I like it's integration capabilities. I like that you can schedule appts and make notes for other users inside the interface while making calls.

Cons

It did not have an integration with our CRM and I thought that the design was a little more rigid to look at than others I had seen.
