Creativity, order and more workflow
Monday helps to increase performance and order in tasks or when presenting a project, this platform has immediate chats, which is an advantage in case you have any questions, you can just go directly to the chat and not resort to any other means to communicate, I can also manage a board from scratch by customizing it or a default board.
PROSI like Monday.com because this task manager allows me to work collaboratively with my team, Monday.com gives you all the tools so you can organize your projects, making known the tasks that have to be done weekly, Monday.com helps work teams carry out tasks in an orderly manner, while I am creating task management and the design of the board, I can also interact with team members by letting them know what their responsibilities and commitment dates are. Something to highlight is the visual part, it is attractive, and you will never get bored since it has vibrant colors that will never bore you.
CONSsomething I don't like about Monday is the customer service is a bit tedious for them to answer you since you have to send emails to schedule an appointment and that takes a lot of time, contacting customer service should be more practical, since it can cause you to stop tracking a project for a problem that would not take much time to solve, another aspect that I don't like is that for new users it can take a while to adapt, since it has its predefined menu, but it is not as customizable as it seems

Monday.com: Web-based Project Management for Ultimate Teams Centralization Support
Very good experience in this leading Web-based project management interface. Would definitely recommend it for small to medium sized projects. It has a smoother learning curve than that of Oracle Primavera.
PROSDefinitely the Web-based interface provided by Monday.com is the most motivating feature that is instigating the increase in the customer-base of this project management suite. I use Monday.com in managing my students development projects. Great tutorials and online resources make the learning curve extremely smooth. Being Web-based doesn't compromise any of the advanced project/tasks management features provided by Monday.com. With more than 15 years in the Software development arena in industry and academia, I haven't witnessed a better customer service quality and response time. I highly recommend this project management suite for small to medium projects.
CONSThe integration with collaborative tools and other project management tasks is a bit intricate. I'm sure there are streamlined processes to achieve this but it wasn't easy for us to track it and find the needed resources to use it effectively.
Reasons for switching to monday.com
Easier to learn. Abundant learning resources online. Web-based interface.

Messy and time consuming
Not that good. I find it takes a lot of time to get used to and too much time that could be otherwise spent.
PROSThanks to monday you get an overview of your business in terms of what to do, projects that are running or planned, you can comment on things and chat with your team etc.
CONSIf found it really hard to get the hang of it. The app is só encompassing that I miss the forest for the trees.
Vendor Response
Thanks for taking the time to leave a review and for your feedback. If there's any way we can make the process easier, our support team is available 24/7 to provide any help.

Overall I like Monday.com, don't love it. It takes time to set up but it has a lot of features available. I love the ability to integrate and automate. If your team is willing to manage boards and update them properly then it can really work out to be one of the best CRM/Management systems. It just takes time and effort. But overall worth doing.
PROSI love the ease and customization Monday.com offers. They have many different templates and offer different automation and integration with third-party software/apps. I love the integrations center where you can connect and automate your favorite apps. I love that you can build in automated color conditions (if a value is below a certain level, the box turns red). Monday.com is like upgraded Excel sheets. I've used Monday.com multiple times in different businesses: Recruiting, Sales, Business Management, Social Media Management, Marketing, etc.
CONSIt takes a lot of time to set up. I'm a perfectionist so I would spend a week or two just setting up the flows, dashboard, workspace, boards, items, integrations, etc. It's easy to use - it's easy to set up. But it still takes time to get it how you want. There are so many features, you can be easily overwhelmed. It's also difficult to get the team on the same page. It's easy to use but since it's not a well-known program (yet), your team is likely to hesitate with managing it and keeping the boards updated. It's also a little more expensive than most CRM/Project Management software and they do not have an individual account available which is really frustrating if you're a self-employed independent, you have to pay for at least 3 seats.
Reasons for switching to monday.com
Asana doesn't have as many features as Monday.com.
