  • Pros

  • It's probably the most easy to use platform for task management, the design is great and the overall performance is very good.
  • I would recommend new users to join me and others to start using monday.com cause of it's useful friendly interface and great customization in it.
  • All I can say is that this app can literally run a business, the ease of using this app. Monday.com is a superb app where you can check for ideas and implement it to the company.
  • Cons

  • They shut down our free trial on us with no notice and we lost all our data for over 2 months. Customer service was horrific and gave us the run around.
  • The only downside I have encountered was probably use error, wherein I set up 2 logins by accident.
  • It's really difficult to consider anything I loathed in slack. It generally appears to figure, it doesn't have the conveyance issues Teams do.

  • Powerful workflow automation and great integration capability with other tools in use, that allows seamless project tracking and easy to customize and create complex reports in minutes.
  • Our company's record-keeping and responsibility are both enhanced by the software. The responses to inquiries and requests from the support service are prompt, and the help videos are excellent.
  • It has a robust, easy-to-understand interface, excellent reporting capabilities, and flexible admin controls. Their mobile app is easy to use.
  • Cons

  • I found adding and updating the steps of the projects a little cumbersome. Likely some part of that is user error and newness to the software.
  • They are still a lot of integrations that are missing. Plus every integration needs to be approved by an admin and there's no way to turn this off.
  • If you're thinking to start with Basic plan then there's limited features, even the Maps, Charts and Calendar are available in upgraded plans.
