Pros/Cons
Pros
- It's probably the most easy to use platform for task management, the design is great and the overall performance is very good.
- I would recommend new users to join me and others to start using monday.com cause of it's useful friendly interface and great customization in it.
- All I can say is that this app can literally run a business, the ease of using this app. Monday.com is a superb app where you can check for ideas and implement it to the company.
Cons
- They shut down our free trial on us with no notice and we lost all our data for over 2 months. Customer service was horrific and gave us the run around.
- The only downside I have encountered was probably use error, wherein I set up 2 logins by accident.
- It's really difficult to consider anything I loathed in slack. It generally appears to figure, it doesn't have the conveyance issues Teams do.
Pros
- Overall BeSlick is a quality project management software system that does all the hard work for you. We have found BeSlick to be very responsive and super easy to deal with.
- Process Bliss gives clarity in creating a client journey, making processes clearly defined within the business. The easy to use software and the incredible after care support is creating efficiency.
- Process Bliss has been a great way for us to track important tasks, projects and paperwork.
Cons
- Sometimes there are hiccups in notifications, but we are still learning the system and these are likely user errors.
- Again, it is hard for me to fully comment as I have just started to use the product.
- There are little things that you want it to do that it either doesn't do or you're not sure how to do them. Many times it's more operator error than software.
