  • Pros

  • The Monday.com platform is excellent in these areas, so for me it seems like an excellent choice.
  • What I liked most about Monday is that it is super user friendly. Synchs to user emails to ensure messages/updates are received.
  • User friendly and provides a great level of control for managers and supervisors. The progress tracking is also a great reduction in time for managers.
  • Cons

  • They shut down our free trial on us with no notice and we lost all our data for over 2 months. Customer service was horrific and gave us the run around.
  • The only downside I have encountered was probably use error, wherein I set up 2 logins by accident.
  • It's really difficult to consider anything I loathed in slack. It generally appears to figure, it doesn't have the conveyance issues Teams do.

  • There are lots of features and opportunities we can progress with and we are finding opportunities and ideas as we continue the development of the system.
  • That it has being upgrading and getting things easier and better every time. It never stops improving and the support team is super helpful all the time.
  • Creating powerful customized estimates was a major bonus as well as workflows with custom fields to enter in information important to our business. It's an extremely good value.
  • Cons

  • Only the error warning is not very specific of why it is happening or how to fix it.
  • We had to pay a developer separately to integrate the API with our website and UPS worldship. That ran us close to 5K so that was a bummer.
  • And their co-Founder refuse to refund. At first he said that my described bugs are not issue.
