Pros/Cons
Pros
- It was a good experience, I used it both as part of the team and as an admin and it was nice and organised. Mobile version worked good as well.
- Monday.com is user friendly and helps to keep our team on the task at hand. I like being able to assign teammates to the assignments with a due date is very helpful to keep our week productive.
- It's probably the most easy to use platform for task management, the design is great and the overall performance is very good.
Cons
- The only downside I have encountered was probably use error, wherein I set up 2 logins by accident.
- They shut down our free trial on us with no notice and we lost all our data for over 2 months. Customer service was horrific and gave us the run around.
- It's really difficult to consider anything I loathed in slack. It generally appears to figure, it doesn't have the conveyance issues Teams do.
Pros
- Webhooks are incredibly useful. Custom emojis are great for teams to develop a fun atmosphere.
- A very good tool for effective communication with the different teams, leading to better performance and control over schedules and communication with agents who work from home.
- What i like the most in this software is good in making estimating report of a project. This is so nice and help me so much all the time.
Cons
- When te connection is down, the messages stay grey and after some minutes, they fail, so sometimes the internet connection come back and those failed messages are sent after the previous ones.
- The only thing that I dislike is that I can easily get distracted by the notifications.
- From keeping message history to other basic necessities, Slack charged for a lot of it. Comparing it to Discord, it cannot compete.
