Pros/Cons
Pros
- It was a good experience, I used it both as part of the team and as an admin and it was nice and organised. Mobile version worked good as well.
- Monday.com is user friendly and helps to keep our team on the task at hand. I like being able to assign teammates to the assignments with a due date is very helpful to keep our week productive.
- It's probably the most easy to use platform for task management, the design is great and the overall performance is very good.
Cons
- The only downside I have encountered was probably use error, wherein I set up 2 logins by accident.
- They shut down our free trial on us with no notice and we lost all our data for over 2 months. Customer service was horrific and gave us the run around.
- It's really difficult to consider anything I loathed in slack. It generally appears to figure, it doesn't have the conveyance issues Teams do.
Pros
- Cloud base is amazing and I love being able to log in from anywhere. Programing rates is very labour intensive and discounts are not as flexible as we would like.
- He answered any and every question I had in a nice manner, he made me feel comfortable with any kind of questions I had.
- Love the great features of VisualMatrix especially the mobile app. The mobile app allows me to manage the housekeeping and maintenance department with an ease of putting rooms in the system.
Cons
- The cloud version has little errors and mistakes, including spelling errors for warning messages. I don't think VM hires the best web developers and their cloud PMS makes that obvious.
- Also...the inability to click and drag the length of maintenance blocks.
- Training was very confusing at first even with the videos. I found that the demo was difficult because it was not reflective of how we would use our system.
