Pros/Cons
Pros
- The Monday.com platform is excellent in these areas, so for me it seems like an excellent choice.
- What I liked most about Monday is that it is super user friendly. Synchs to user emails to ensure messages/updates are received.
- User friendly and provides a great level of control for managers and supervisors. The progress tracking is also a great reduction in time for managers.
Cons
- They shut down our free trial on us with no notice and we lost all our data for over 2 months. Customer service was horrific and gave us the run around.
- The only downside I have encountered was probably use error, wherein I set up 2 logins by accident.
- It's really difficult to consider anything I loathed in slack. It generally appears to figure, it doesn't have the conveyance issues Teams do.
Pros
- The messaging and profile features have been very helpful for improving our team communication and quality of service for our guests.
- He answered any and every question I had in a nice manner, he made me feel comfortable with any kind of questions I had.
- I just like the way all the options are laid out at the top of the screen making navigation very easy and seamless. We take calls each day from guests wanting to book rooms and find out availability.
Cons
- The cloud version has little errors and mistakes, including spelling errors for warning messages. I don't think VM hires the best web developers and their cloud PMS makes that obvious.
- Also...the inability to click and drag the length of maintenance blocks.
- Training was very confusing at first even with the videos. I found that the demo was difficult because it was not reflective of how we would use our system.
