"Huge added bonus is the monday.com app and the way crm works on there - tap onto contacts phone numbers to call them straight away and then use the app to summarise your calls and notes in one place without it requiring any additional laptops or devices to do the job."

"I love that it links and works seamlessly with Monday.com's work management platform, so we can very easily convert leads that are won over to project management seamlessly!"

"I use it every day to manage project timelines, task tracking, and internal coordination, and it also plays a key role in supporting our marketing operations."

"A few other areas that didn't work well for me initially (clicking the create contact button removed the lead from that board, but I would like to be able to see an all time number of leads for tracking and reporting)."

"When multiple team members are working on the same board at the same time, I still notice some minor instability or slowdowns. Since I manage large teams, this happens relatively often and can affect productivity during peak collaboration times."

"It does require more effort and meticulous logging, especially on the front end. Because it does not automatically "log itself"/ is not connected to my email I have to manually add any updates."
