Morphio has helped us monitor multiple campaigns without the daily stress of doing health checks on every advertising channel. The benefit of their advanced metrics also helps us relate marketing terms to bottom-line business terms.

Morphio is an excellent tool for agencies to monitor their marketing campaigns for multiple clients. If you are an agency that specializes in PPC campaigns and landing pages Morphio is a fantastic tool. Our favorite features are the shareable report links and the Slack notifications for campaigns that fall outside the set goal for their campaign.

The only feature that would be a bonus is some improvement to the SEO reporting tools. There is some functionality for monitoring SEO performance but not on the level of dedicated SEO tools, but that's not what Morphio's core competency is. Hence, it's not necessarily a negative.

Morphio helps me monitor and track goals, KPIs and anomalies in my marketing. In fact, I don't have to hire a person who would be monitoring all the KPIs daily/weekly. Instead, I can just get emails with the reports I need to stay in the loop.

First off, let me say that Morphio has one of the best UIs I have ever seen. Morphio is a useful tool for tracking KPIs, ad spend, and anomalies in real time with the help of AI. Additionally, you can also make use of its SEO monitoring and forecasting, all of which directly drives your ROI up. It is easy to generate reports from all your platforms connected to this software. Morphio helps you analyze the current performance of your marketing efforts as well as track goals, your audience behaviour and even the budget. With their recent update (in early July 2021) it is now even more feature-rich while some features have become more simplified. For instance, the improved reporting summary now allows you to quickly generate reports for you or your clients. Also, custom metrics can now be monitored and analyzed, flexible alerts and weekly summary emails are also among the improvements, while admins can now control the notifications. The support team is very responsive and they are always ready to help. They offer an onboarding call to new customers and in case you have troubles using the software, they can also offer to hop on a call with you to resolve the issue. What's also important is they listen to their users and may implement or adjust the features you mention.

Amongst the main cons, I would say that I consider Morphio as an expensive product. Of course, they have a lot of expenses supporting all the numerous features and a professional team behind this software, but it is still quite expensive. Occasionally, there may be bugs here and there, but after many months of development, the team has fixed almost all of them.

We mainly use Morphio to watch our budgets and see where ad spend can be reallocated. It's also been really great in picking up on things that may be broken or not working and letting us know before our client's find out, giving us a one-up on our dependability.

Morphio was very easy for my agency to set up and integrate into our marketing platforms. I like how well the budget tracking works, it really helps us stay on top of ad spend for clients. The PPC audit is also really helpful in finding where we can increase or decrease ad spend in specific campaigns and ad groups in Google ads and Facebook.

For Google Ads, I wish Morphio could track keyword performance more closely. You can add in keywords for it to watch, but I wish it could read the keywords we are already targeting in Search campaigns to monitor their performance - similar to another software called Seiso.io. I also wish they could integrate YouTube metrics into Morphio for video campaigns.

Its 1000%, the Customer relationship and CX is just what you would expect from a top leading tool like Morphio. really grateful that they exists.
