Mozeo is a very user-friendly system, and great software to use to send mass messages to employees.

Customers state they have tried unsuccessfully to  un-enroll using the STOP function. We end up going in to manually unenroll them.

I have also really appreciated the ability to input phone numbers. They are dependable and the customer support has been great.

Initially, some employees found it tough to navigate because there are a plethora of tools and options.
