Pros/Cons
  • Pros

  • The best part about the Mozeo software is its ability to convert prospect contact information into easy connection with the prospect. Texting is simply the best way to connect with recruits.
  • It was easy to setup routing for the responses that came through and the leads were routed correctly and efficiently.
  • Cons

  • Everything you check messages you need to log in each time, a little irritating. New unread message do not go to the top.
  • Also, the dashboard interface is awkward when trying to see if people have tried to contact you via the conversations section.

  • I like that it's free and open source, and it's incredibly customizable. There's a ton of community extensions that are available to be installed with minimal setup.
  • I like that Thunderbird is both free and open source. I trust Mozilla to develop and maintain software that is robust and also secure.
  • Cons

  • The spam detection, when you first start using it is not that great. However, the more you mark e-mail as spam the more the app gets right, learning from its experience.
  • Also, we have had many users complain about slowness of the PC when using the program, especially during compacting of files or filters.
