Great social media management app

We use this tool to manage all our social media business accounts. With its’ analytics it’s so much easier to adjust our current strategy to constantly changing needs and preferences.

PROS

Analytics feature which helps us to measure our progress and analyze results on different social platforms. It gives us valuable insights so that we can regularly improve our current strategy and adjust it to a specific channel.

CONS

I can't find anything I dislike. Overall it's a great product.

NapoleonCat makes my daily work easier

PROS

I use NapoleonCat in my agency work and my work would be very difficult without this tool. We work with several brand profiles at the same time and with NapoleonCat it is very easy and problem-free. I like that I can easily switch between projects and have everything in one place. In case of errors, support is very helpful and responds quickly.

CONS

The biggest problem is that sometimes a profile gets detached from NapoleonCat and then you have to moderate it manually. There could be some kind of message when a profile disconnects, so that you would notice it quickly.

Great, but not for everyone

Easy to learn and use but needs improvement.

PROS

It's easy to learn and use, so it's good for large teams with employee rotation.

CONS

Doesn't support X (Twitter), Kick and Twitch analytics or publishing.

Everything you nedd

This tool is very helpful in tracking, replying and tagging messages from groups of people. I really like the report creation function.

PROS

This product is definitely easy to use, all functions are clear. The analysis and report creation function is well done logistically. I haven't encountered any major errors on the website, and if there were any minor errors, the Customer Service quickly showed me how to fix them.

CONS

When we have a larger number of messages in Inbox, scrolling them causes jamming. The phrase search function sometimes does not work, even though I know that a given phrase is in the archive.

NapoleonCat is a good tool to managing your social media platforms.

Since I've been using NapoleonCat i manage social media faster and i don't loose any comment or provate message. All are everytime answered, deleted or hided.

PROS

Napoleon is easy to use tool wchich helps managing our social media channels. I can answer or consult to all private messages or comments in one inbox witchout switching beetween Facebook, Instagram or TikTok. I can do my job faster and more efficiently

CONS

Sometimes NapoleonCat has a little problems with stability when inbox is full of messages.

A huge time-saver

It makes my job much easier and faster. It gives me the comfort of knowing, that nothing will get lost in the hundreds of messages and comments.

PROS

The site consolidates a lot of things into one place with easy access to most features I need and more. NapoleonCat.com saves a lot of time and makes lots of things effortless. Doing the stuff manually without it, would be a real hassle. They are constantly adding new features and improvements. I use it everyday in my work. The customer support is also good, nice and fast.

CONS

As all things in life, it does have its drawbacks. There are sometimes some technical hiccups and slowdowns. They occur usually randomly and just for a couple of minutes. The integration with some sites is imperfect, but that might be the fault of their respective API's, and not something, that NapoleonCat can do anything about.

Great tool

PROS

This tool is amazing! I've been working on it already almost every day for a few years, every year it's getting better and has many updates to keep up with the market tempo. Changes are implemented very easily without a problem. Every change that is implemented is very well-informed to the users, if I need something it's very easy to contact support via chat in the tool and the support workers are very kind and helpful.What can I say I really recommend this tool ;)

Comprehensive content moderation tool.

PROS

The tool is very user-friendly, making it easy for anyone to get started. It comes with a well-designed set of features that are indispensable for social media managers. I particularly find the reporting module to be a game-changer, greatly expediting the task of generating summaries. I'd like to give a shoutout to their exceptional customer support team, who consistently go above and beyond to resolve any challenges that may come up.

CONS

In our day-to-day operations, one of the hurdles we encounter involves the moderation of sponsored content, particularly when it's being promoted by a rival agency. We anticipate that the Meta API will eventually enable us to simplify this procedure.

A great tool for managing social media channels

Using NapoleonCat, I can quickly respond to questions or comments added by users.

PROS

NapoleonCat is a tool in which you can simultaneously plan posts for publication in a transparent calendar and moderate social media such as Facebook, Instagram, or LinkedIn. You can directly reply and react to user messages, comments under posts or stories.

CONS

It's a pity that the tool has not been integrating with Twitter for some time now.

I like the fact that the messages I need to respond to are organized. I appreciate that this tool makes the process of creating a monthly report very easy.

CONS

I don't like the way private messages are archived. It is very cumbersome.

Is the easiest tool I could find to improve community management tasks, especially when there are a lot of comments asking for information and you don't have the budget to hire a sophisticated system or chatbot.

PROS

Is very easy to use and saves you a lot of time answering comments and inboxes.

CONS

I don't like that I can't respond to comments on Instagram directly to inbox as I can do on Facebook.

- many moderation options (reporting, working with tags, daily work- many options with social media reports- receiving weekly reports about certain tags and monthly reports

CONS

- not having tiktok analitycs- sometimes profiles are disconnecting

Excellent social media tool

Positive experience!

PROS

NapoleonCat helps us to manage all our social media accounts from one dashboard. We use it to not only share our content and updates but also to plan our content strategy with one calendar. We really like its Social Inbox feature as we receive a lot of similar customer inquiries. Thanks to NapoleonCat's automatic moderation, we can automate the process of answering those frequently asked questions.

CONS

So far so good. We have not run into any issues and with their strong customer support, I don't envision us having issues.

So convenient and easy to use to monitor across social platforms

Monitoring comments and replies across major social platforms have never been made easier with NapCat. It's such a time-saver to have them all in one place.

CONS

I believe the interface could have been made easier to navigate/user-friendly. I find that at times it was difficult to find a specific comment we wanted to get to.

PROS

There's a lot of knowledge in the program. It's good for people starting out on social media marketing who need to be self starters.

CONS

The user you assign it to can't be an idiot. It's not idiot-proof. A smart person will do wonders with it though.

It really does manage it all

Detailed reporting I don’t have to worry about my brand performance because NapoleonCat does it for me. It updates me with the statistics of my accounts as well as monitors results for competitors so that my brand is always at the top level.

PROS

All in one inbox The best reason to love NapoleonCat is they have this efficient inbox that can do so much such as managing all your messages, comments and it even offers you automation options to moderate incoming discussions.

CONS

It would be better if NapoleonCat could offer more detailed user demographic statistics for our competitors’ profiles on Instagram. However, we were told it’s not permitted and available in the API so understand it’s just impossible to improve it by them.

Very user friendly and support team is great at helping out.

PROS

It's an easy way to monitor the social accounts that we have. The support team is superb at answering and helping us figure out any problems.

CONS

Load time on comments can be slow. Not great if you want to see comments by post. Unable to capture all comments on certain ads to send to team if they need feedback.

I used the trial period and I have to say that it's one of the best tools out there

PROS

- Number of features - Many additional data and metrics given - Additional resources and free tools provided by creators

CONS

- The price is way too high. With that kind of pricing there is no place for freelancers and people using social media not as a source of income.

Finally, a social media tool that lives up to expectations "One social media tool to manage it all"

PROS

I'm working in a small marketing team and needed one tool that linked together our social media accounts where I can read & engage with messages / actions without having to switch tabs. I'm really seeing a boost in my efficiency as this single platform allows me to get my work done in less than a few minutes a day.

CONS

I don't feel that I've been using it long enough to have found any negatives.

Fairly easy to use, good with Facebook content, but limited in overall capabilities.

We did use NapoleonCat on two client-facing projects and did gain useful insights on Facebook usage, engagement, content engagement and content posting attributes.

PROS

Easy to upload profiles and create projects. Useful data outputs and visualizations. Visuals easy to download. Fairly intuitive to use. Good Facebook data. Attentive customer service.

CONS

Limited data sets and capabilities. Really it's only or mostly useful as a Facebook tool. It's not very useful for other social platforms. Historical data is very limited on Twitter.

We found Napolean Cat to be very helpful in assisting with finding data analytics for our project,

PROS

I liked the ability to adapt visuals of up to date algorithms to my project, allowing me to provide backed evidence to my insights. It was very easy to gather the needed information I was looking for to apply to my client's project, for a very good cost.

CONS

When using NapoleanCat some of the interfaces within the platforms weren't universal and found ourselves bumping into the wall's of NapoleanCat's limitations a couple times throughout our project.

It's just a great time saver!

PROS

The tool is very ease to use, but even you have problems with it you can ask for help client service - they are always ready to help. The application is very useful when it comes to manage moderation in social media - you can have everything in one place so checking your profile in SM is just faster more pleasant.

CONS

I haven't found anything that I dislike in this software yet.
