Pros/Cons
  • Pros

  • It's really a good tool which converts visitors in lead or callers. Chances of increasing the prospect are really quite high.
  • It was easy to integrate onto our website and allowed us to have a very compelling call to action for our potential customers. This app is very customizable and allows to adjust most every aspect.
  • Cons

  • The only major limitation is lack of integration with your existing calendar, which means you could get a missed call when you are unavailable, making for a poor user experience.
  • At the moment I am using webhooks and zapier to push appoinments to the calendar, but at risk of double booking with something else.

  • Pros

  • The customer supports from Wix is really good and I noted Wix getting better progress with the time.
  • We've easily integrated a google calendar into our page, which has been helpful for our neighbors. One of my other favorite features is the ability to uniquely edit the mobile version of the site.
  • Cons

  • The main issue I have with Wix is the price when compared to other Web hosts out there. The contract also auto renews without warning, which is very frustrating.
  • What I dislike most about Wix is that it seems to be missing a few features that other website building softwares offer.
