On Brand is a cloud-based brand asset management software offered by North Plains Systems. It features different modules for media asset management, reporting and workflow management.

On Brand helps users search, store and manage all of their company’s digital assets in a central location and provides guidelines for using logos, fonts and consistent formats.

The tool also aids in managing the workflows of creative teams from a centralized dashboard and allows users to edit, approve workflows and collaborate in real time. Users can monitor data from the different modules and track the effectiveness of team use and assets.

On Brand is powered by Unify, a platform for developing web applications and customer experiences. The software helps users control and manage multiple campaigns as well as internal and external teams across geographies.

It also integrates with third-party software such as Adobe Creative Suite and SDL Tridion.

The system is easy to use and intuitive. Our users are happy with how the site works and what they can find.

The recent upgrade has given the site a much fresher and modern look however, it has also caused a number of issues which were not experienced in the past and therefore affects the overall rating. To mention a few of the issues:

1. preview of the files not coming up
2. blank emails going out to users
3. issues with people¿s accounts (some accounts not appearing)
4. the `save¿ button disappearing from the back end of the system for super admin profiles

These have been sorted by the support team (Avani and Shekhar) but it's been quite a lengthy process trying to get to the bottom of some of these issues.

I'd also like to mention Matt Nicholson who is great at his job and is always ready to help.
