OneUp can be a bit buggy, and its interface is not the most intuitive. Plus, it's fairly limited when it comes to features and functionality.

The ease of use, and the category driven timeslots. Brilliant and aligned perfectly with what I was needing to do.

After about 2 months I started getting errors that required me to sign in and refresh or make changes to get things to work again.

So all that time I thought I was saving actually resulted in more work and what’s even worse it caused my social media to look uncoordinated and poorly planned.

I appreciate how easy it is to use all the tools on the website, and the seamless integration of every social media account. I have not had any issues yet.

2 years (in 2018-2019) there was only one or two auto post scheduling tools for Instagram  and only OneUp was affordable and very good at it.

I really like the Canva integration, hashtag suggestion and first comment capability for LinkedIn. Really good value for money.

The only negative thing I have to say is that the UI is a little bland.

I particularly like the Google My Business integration and autoposting features of OneUp.

Oneup is easy to use and perfect to schedule posts on social media. Oneup also allow to shedule threads on Twitter in contrast to most of similar platforms.

The tool comes with a lot of helpful features just like the canva integration, the timeslot and category section and the opportunity to automate my posts also in my private linkedin profile.

It makes me gain a lot of time by scheduling events  and post for my  GMB clients. Great customers support: quick answer if you have any questions.

It was very frustrating because the issues were sporadic and required me to do a lot of troubleshooting.

The only issue I had with this software was when I would upload a picture I would get a warning message.

It gets a bit frustrating. I also hate the double authentication because I do not always have my phone with me when I need to get on the software.

Salesforce is a really great product I loved the tools used and tips to help you create sales and serve better for customers.

Salesforce is the best customer relationship management tool in the market right now. The best thing I like about this software is the features.

There is little to be said about cons. I experienced minor trouble when accessing customer support at some point which would probably be the worst of it.

I love using Salesforce. It is very user friendly and helps me be able to track my progress and create a clean pipeline.

Ref IDs are my biggest pet peeve, they don't always work and I've lost emails this way from clients. This leads to a bad consumer experience for everyone involved.

Ease of use and works great for small (that's us) or large companies it blends well with other programs is customizable and tracking is good,  reach out is also very easy to use.

Overall Salesforce is great and can integrate with hundreds of other platforms which makes it an amazing tool to use company wide, not just for sales.

Like I stated before, I was happy about the switch to Salesforce Lightning, but it has turned out to be great. I like that my emails and Talkdesk are integrated into Salesforce as well.

My team members use it in delivering great sales and customer service experience and it has been a great help for all of us.
