Pros/Cons
Pros
- Also the repeat post option is nice to have as well. I keep finding more options of how I can better optimize my use of this app which is pleasant surprise.
- I used the software during the trial to see if it would fit within my business. The software was very easy to use and the communication with their customer support was OUTSTANDING.
- There are several free programs but I tried One Up and was happy with the ease of posting and the number of networks you could post to. Totally worth the price.
Cons
- So all that time I thought I was saving actually resulted in more work and what’s even worse it caused my social media to look uncoordinated and poorly planned.
- It was very frustrating because the issues were sporadic and required me to do a lot of troubleshooting.
- The only negative thing I have to say is that the UI is a little bland.
Pros
- They always keep their ideas fresh and productive. I love how user friendly the dashboard is, and everything is always perfectly accurate.
- I like the stats that I can pull from the software. Being able to see our engagement spikes at a glance is awesome, really helps me decide when to post as well as what types of posts to use.
- The ability to post across multiple locations has been a great help in saving time and energy. The dashboard is awesome giving you a snapshot of how each location is performing.
Cons
- It often had problems where it would switch between dats or social media platforms. When this happens you can not just switch it over you have to start totally over and it gets really annoying.
- I feel it may be very intimidating for some. A lot of information is given on many platform through Soci and it can be confusing.
- Wish these posts just appeared in my scheduled posts on facebook and I could edit. Not notified when there is a problem- so a week or two can go by before I realize something is wrong.
