Ontrack provides a great product and partnership.
One of the best vendors I've ever partnered with. They truly feel like a part of our team.
Pros
Ontrack's product is easy-to-use and allows us to quickly push marketing materials to multiple locations nationwide. Our users can customize templates to fit their unique locations and then easily order professionally printed materials or digital files for electronic distribution. Ontrack's customer service team works directly with our locations helping ease the burden on our corporate marketing team. Ontrack's development team partners with us (corporate marketing) to create templates that are easy-to-customize, meet brand standards and are accessible to all our locations within a timely manner.
Cons
We're looking forward to Ontrack's release of their drag-and-drop technology. This will allow our users who like to create their own materials to have more design control while staying within our brand guidelines.
Reasons for switching to OnTrack Workflow
We needed a product that could be a one-stop-shop for our locations, providing customizable marketing templates, access to professional printing and digital asset access/storage.

Highly functional and configurable software combined with great support and service.
Pros
We have used OnTrack to deploy an "Everyday Marketing" program for our sales team. They are able to create customized direct mail campaigns that are brand compliant with just a few clicks. Recently, we worked with the support team to integrate OnTrack with our instance of Salesforce.com to turn this into a trackable, measurable sales campaign resource. We also leverage OnTrack to create highly customized print-on-demand brochures. I can't say enough about the people behind OnTrack. They are so responsive and have been a huge part of our continuing innovation with OnTrack over the years.

Overall experience with OnTrack is good. It fits what we need but (as stated previously) could use some more features to further enhance our offerings to our market staff. It would be great if it plugged in/integrated with Adobe creative suite software.

The ability to customize templates that we offer to our markets.
Cons
I think OnTrack could benefit from more flexibility in terms of auto sizing options for products. For example, if a user needs an add sized to 8.375 x10.5 or 5x7 from a templated product that we offer as a 8 x10. Also it would be nice for people to be able to build their own ads within the system and select from photos that we've provided or allowed access to.

I LOVE ONTRACK
Quick response from the team when we were initially looking into the software and same continued quick response and extremely useful ideas and overall extremely helpful. I would definitely recommend OnTrack to any company that has materials.

Ontrack is great!

Pros
I like being able to customize something within our brand limits. It seems like our communities like it too!
Cons
I wish it was easier to move text around within each graphic. it is pretty limited.
