- What i like most is that Oracle CX Marketing helps me build strong relationships with customers. I can request a demo version before final purchase, that is great advantage in my mind.
- If what you want to do isn't out of the box, or a plugin available, you can create just about any program or process within the system.
Cons
- Expensive in comparison with the competition. Lots of features but the support is bad and also the layout and UI looks dated.
- Difficult to use, cost and the answer “it’s on our roadmap” each time we asked for additional functionality.
Pros
- Great email marketing, good for large scale drip campaigns. Very user friendly and has a huge range of customizable features.
- I love its integrations with Salesforce, the ability to access from the Salesforce interface, and the ease of use.
Cons
- That and they fact that the reporting and features in many ways have no flexibility make this software very frustrating for us.
- There are even character limits on how much you can enter in one argument field.
