Hassle-Free email service

So far we've had a great experience with the platform. 10/10 would recommend for the promotional products industry.

Reporting could improve but the basics are there.

One marketing plan deserving of my renewal.

Just over a year ago, I signed up with many new marketing programs. Out of 6 new programs, this is the only program (out of my new programs) that I felt was worthy of renewing at the end of the year.

PROS

I like the calls to keep my motivated and generating progress with the system.

CONS

I wish I could have more of my client base involved without the extra costs.

Stay Away...very expensive for simply sending out basic emails

Terrible.

PROS

Professional looking. Nothing more. Rep did not even know how to import more than half of my database and told me I had to manually enter each address.

CONS

First one must understand the salesperson will tell you repeatedly upfront the service is monthly and you can stop whenever you would like. Once you join and try to cancel then you suddenly are told you have a yearly service. Their are monthly programs but NOT yours. Secondly, the service is sophomoric at best and simply a blank template sent to YUOR database twice a month for hundreds of dollars a month that you apparently can’t cancel for 1 year. Third and finally, this is supposedly for real estate professionals. If so, then it is understand this is a relationship business and as a professional I must bring value to my customers and the day I don’t they can cancel. I have had customers cancel for various reasons and have come back for the simple fact I allowed them to cancel and that I bring value and honesty to them. Desperate people and companies that need the money because they consider each sale as one and done will never allow such. Governor yourself wisely. I would suggest look elsewhere.

Excellent Product Overall for Contact Engagement

Customer service is phenomenal, they have helped me add and remove features depending on my needs over the years. They respond right away, always follow up, and have helpful tips to follow up with my engaged contacts as well.

PROS

The software is user friendly, works well on desktop and mobile devices, and I love that it syncs to my social media accounts so I can stay top of mind with my contacts with minimal effort. The content is always professional and accurate. I've only opted out of 2-3 campaigns over the past several years.

CONS

I was not easily able to add multiple office locations and license numbers - I'm licensed in two states and the fields aren't really set up to allow for that.I was disappointed when the auto-sync contacts from gmail/LinkedIn feature went away. I'm not at all keeping up with adding new contacts into the system manually and don't want to upload a new csv and deal with duplicates and removing people who have opted out or that I don't want to communicate with. I have thousands of contacts and it's too difficult to keep track.I wish the website was more robust.

I don't want to lose my contact list and engagement history or my website that is printed on all my marketing, business cards, etc. I have always received exceptional customer service and they've worked with me in down times to make it affordable so I really appreciate that.

The ROI When Using Outbound Engine Is Spot On

I find the staff to be very helpful, accommodating, and they completely understand their product. I think the team is a valuable part of the services they provide.

PROS

Outbound Engine makes it simple to use with the support email address. All I have to do is send my list of prospects and they get them uploaded, checked, etc. I also like the monthly call I get from my personal Customer Service agent to make sure I'm not missing any of the features available or to remind me to send over all of my new prospects. They handle all of the opt outs and I don't have to deal with any of that.

CONS

I wish the templates they have to respond quickly to clients were not so "generic" and look like automated responses. I always end up writing my own message. I have tried to save my messages to use as templates, but I haven't been able to make it work yet. Probably user error on my part.

Not a good option

Nothing right now is being solved for us, extremely un happy with this service.

PROS

The posting for us on social media is the best feature for us. With that being said that was also one of the problems.

CONS

We signed up with Outbound Engine with high hopes they would help us grow and post content for us. Thinking they would be able to do what they say they could, we signed a 1 year deal. After using them now for 4 months we are very unhappy with the product they offer! The content they post is not relevant and we have not gotten one lead from the service. We are stuck using them even thought the service is terrible, because we signed a 1 year contract. I would recommend going with another company.

They gave us a great sales pitch but it has fallen short of what they pitched us and therefore our expectations.

Ease of Use of Outbound Engine

Keeping my clients informed and being in contact with them.

PROS

Let the software run itself. I am a user who likes to set it and forget it. I know that my database believes I do nothing else but post and send emails. The software makes my life easy.

CONS

I wish that the software would send email newsletter from Outbound to all my contacts, not only a test amount.

Professional, customizable content

It's being used in our marketing department to lighten the load of the marketing team and make sure we stay in touch with our clients even when things are tight and we don't have a lot of time. The content is relevant and customers seem to enjoy it. We've been able to customize the content around feedback we get from clients, which has been really helpful, since we're able to know what they want.

PROS

I love the appearance of the content, it's very professional. My clients seem to be interested and the content is relevant to our target market. I also like how the campaigns can be customized, that way we can make sure our content is what our clients want.

CONS

It's a little bit costly for what you're getting, but I think it's overall worth it.

Superior Customer Service and Straightforward Program

PROS

Superior customer service team, and the program itself is very easy to use! I've had no issues so far and the customer service team is always available when I need them. The program has saved me a ton of time with writing content; since I'm running my company alone (for the most part) I don't always have time to generate content, update social media, or reply to clients. OutboundEngine does all that for me!

CONS

I honestly don't have anything negative to say about this company or software. It's been super helpful.

Good program for email blasts

Helpful with my newsletter blasts

PROS

The feature to see how many people opened and/or clicked on my newsletters give me the ability to see what my clients are interested in.

CONS

The design capabilities seem limited. I would prefer it to give me more abilities to customize my newsletters.

Over a year of use

PROS

I liked that it shared on multiple social media platforms, combined with email campaigns and an ability to send personalized email campaigns between scheduled posts. Content shared was relatable and applicable to my industry.

CONS

Having to disconnect and connect constantly, seeing how many people unsubscribed and weren't using it on my list of contacts, difficulty with the reviews portion working for my past customers and getting reviews from people.

I liked the idea of a 3rd party crm to have control over my contacts while I was switching brokers.

Success is your choice.

It's the best way I know how to keep my name in front of people without doing the work.

PROS

I don't have to do anything but enter emails of contacts. The content Outbound uses is relevant and useful. I have people that I know are never going to need my services as a real estate agent but always read the newsletter.

CONS

Nothing comes to mind. Again, you don't have to do anything but enter emails of new contacts.

Modern & Professional Service

It is easy to use. The newsletters and the socilal posts look really nice, modern & relevent.I love the App. It is super easy to keep track and to follow up with my clients.

Contact management is critical in real estate.

Staying in touch with past clients can be so time consuming and this takes care of it for me.

PROS

It really runs itself, I just add my clients to the database. And my monthly call from my rep to review things is great!!

CONS

It took me awhile to get use to, but now it’s running smoothly.

Great experience overall! When I need help there is always someone to talk to that can help with my issue.

PROS

Most importantly, frequent post of relevent content that is posted for me. Very little effort on my behalf to have nice content posted to all of my media sites.

CONS

I could not easily use the material for posting to my blog.

Lots of good, but some bad

Customer service has taken a huge plunge and it's frustrating. I've struggled with customer service for about 6 months; first I got super slow responses (2 weeks, on average) and now I get NO RESPONSE at all. I've sent several emails with no response. I hate calling because I get re-routed again and again, and there's a weird beep in the middle of every conversation that cuts off what's being said so myself and/or the CSR has to repeat what they're saying.

PROS

I like that I don't have to write any content, or manage my database and send the emails myself. I love having someone/something do that for me.

CONS

The referral campaigns seem to come out too often and I get very little results from it. I'd like to see that happen only once or twice per year.

Pushy Sales team and Sales Manager who is a waste or protoplasm ....

This was the most unprofessional experience both with the sales team and the manager. On a Wednesday of the same week, we had the sales call. i was led to believe the could be my one-stop-shop. 2 days later as the bring me onboard, the truth comes out. I asked to stop process only minutes into it. They seem to feel that even though I stopped it before we got started, they want me to pay $$$$$ thousands

ZIP, ZILCH, NADA, NOTHING, ZERO, NOT A THING,

CONS

There was nothing impressive when after 15 minutes of what they call "onboarding" when I find that what was sold to me, they could not deliver without me also using another 3rd party they recommend. Using them and another 3rd party; Homefinder.com made no since. If one failed, so goes the other. I told them during the sales call, "I needed a 1 stop shop"

Leave your Marketing to the Professionals at Outbound Engine!

Anytime I have a question or would like to customize a new Listing. All I have to do is reach out to my account executive and it's done!

PROS

Outbound Engine does all of the work for you and they make me look like a "Rock Star"! My Friends and Clients think I am up until the wee hours preparing these amazing informational pieces. I just smile and nod and say: "Thank You!"

CONS

I have only good things to say about Outbound Engine! I have a testimonial video on their website on how much I value their product.

People there are great. Used customer service several times with very high service every time.

Content for my social media and a newsletter email for my clients.

PROS

Content is good and the delivery is great. They do both email newsletters and social media posting to the top major ones.

CONS

You cannot customize the content. It would be useful to have some more control of the details of the content.
