The lead scoring feature is also excellent—it helps us prioritise where to focus our follow-up efforts, which is especially vital as we do not have a dedicated sales team. Perhaps it would be useful if they reinstated the email platform by default as this used to tie in nicely with the other functionality. I also once wrote in with a billing query and it was responded within hours - amazing! Cons: I thought the pricing was based on the number of contacts you had (in pipedrive), as opposed to how often you talk to them. So we have c. 3,500 email address and a 15,000 contacts account, if I email these contacts more than 4 x we reach our limit.
