  • Pros

  • Great email marketing, good for large scale drip campaigns. Very user friendly and has a huge range of customizable features.
  • I love its integrations with Salesforce, the ability to access from the Salesforce interface, and the ease of use.
  • Cons

  • That and they fact that the reporting and features in many ways have no flexibility make this software very frustrating for us.
  • There are even character limits on how much you can enter in one argument field.

  • It's simple to use and a easy solution for mass text marketing. Great for keeping our guests and member up-to-date on events and sales.
  • Textedly is VERY user friendly. An easy upload of phone numbers and the ease of sending messages are my top praises.
  • Cons

  • The inability to export our lists. It's a feature that textedly needs to add with the way that campaigns are shaped today.
  • It is virtually impossible to cancel the service. You can never talk to anyone you are limited to the chat or email only for support.
