Pros/Cons

  • Pros

  • Easy to set up and use. Many customization options and high quality.

  • - Abundance of features - Easy to customize to fit your needs - Super scalable - Integrates well with nearly every software and platform out there - Backed by the huge brand of Salesforce

  • Cons

  • The Engagement Studio is great, however, it is lacking more of the intricacies (specifically around flow logic) that other marketing automation platforms allow for.

  • Would be better if it offers custom analytics reports, or way to generate custom reports. But overall very satisfied with pardot. Will definitely recommend it to everyone!

  • Pros

  • It is extremely easy to use! It really helps drive my business!!

  • The customer support was great during my research. They promptly answered my questions, even anticipating future considerations.

  • Cons

  • Limited features, but I am sure as you acquire bigger packages, more features are available. BUT if it had an app, this would be out of this world! ;D

  • The only frustrating part of this was synchronizations between the actual service and email client. Other than that it was good.
