Pros/Cons
Pros
- I love its integrations with Salesforce, the ability to access from the Salesforce interface, and the ease of use.
- Lastly, support is excellent. Salesforce Trailblazer is fantastic for self-guided-training, the documentation is up-to-date and accurate, and support tickets are answered promptly and knowledgeably.
- It integrates seamlessly with Salesforce, which makes it a really good addition. I like how customizable it is and the visualization options it offers.
Cons
- The cost is ridiculous given what is available from competition.
- Once Salesforce bought Pardot, the customer service experience got very bad. It was incredibly hard to find answers to y questions or to get live support.
- There isn't an undo button which is very frustrating.
Pros
- We are a small company, but the system works well for us, and offers huge potential to grow as a company, a step in the right direction. Thank you to Workamajig and to the their amazing support team.
- The project management piece is excellent if utilized to its full potential. The ability to customize your color scheme is also pretty nice.
- CRM management, none of my clients are falling through the cracks - I can work for the day and not worry about missing the details of a client or appointment.
Cons
- It’s an odd interface, time consuming to use and wildly disliked by most of the team.
- Incredibly confusing to get acclimated to. The UI can be quite confusing.
- Moving meetings often causes errors, interface is confusing, does not integrate with google calendar.
