  • Pros

  • I really love using it for my Email Marketing Campaigns, It also has other amazing features like Landing page Builder and Optin Forms.
  • Excellent email deliverability, integrations, consistent development and updates and kind customer support.
  • Cons

  • Email sequence stopped by email opening needs to be added.
  • Page builder UI its confusing, drop down menu on top.

  • Easy to use love the calendar. Really helps to combine all our thoughts in once place.
  • Zoho Social is a good platform for providing a solution for multiple social media handle in one place. A feature I liked most is scheduling posts for many coming days without any hassle.
  • Cons

  • Sometimes the application would lag a bit or even glitch. I don't think that is a dealbreaker because most of the time they fixed the bugs or lag.
  • The only issue I am having is the inability to post multiple pictures to Instagram.
