Comfortable and Customer Friendly

PROS

It is perfect, you don't have to type out everything and the predictive response does half of the work for you.

CONS

It does get annoying sometimes with autocorrect when you want to write something else and it ends up not being what you want.

He won't regret using productive as your email client

I've worked with predictive for a long time and I cannot complain about any part of the product or service. If you're looking for a wonderful team and a really good email client which does not break the bank, predictive is the product for you.

PROS

Predictive is incredibly user-friendly and integrates seamlessly with Salesforce. It's reliable and reports very well.

CONS

It's not always the most commonsensical or advanced email client.

Big product, small support

Easy to use, great product with lots of functionality. Unfortunately, the support team is lacking both in knowledge and timely responses.

PROS

Integrates right into Salesforce, no need for a separate application.

CONS

No support. They take a long time to get back to you and often don't even have answers.
