I really dislike the app used to publish to Instagram. I can't actually get it to publish so I have to hit the arrow to forward it to IG and then the posts just sit in my scheduled area.

There are massive amount of problems with this software.

The one time I had to reach out to support they were quick and friendly. I love it so much that I ordered it for a colleague of mine to use.

Their customer service is also outstanding. They keep their clients updated about issues (which rarely happen), resolve them quickly, and often ask for feedback for their feature roadmap.

Connecting social media pages is ridiculously easy. PromoRepublic has a library of pre-made templates/post ideas that are absolutely inspiring.

So many things to like...it's great that it is so easy to use, and it has so many options to make posting unique and creative. I can input everything on Monday and let it go for as long as I need.

If I keep having the same issues, I'll be going back to Hootsuite next year.

Finding documentation seems to be difficult. Not sure if it the actual software or if it is the manner is which our company set it up.

Ability to convert assets to other formats. Cost is based on space not users, which is helpful in a many-user environment.

It is difficult to customize fields and search for previous items could be simplified.

The DAM interface is quick and easy to use, the reporting capabilities are robust, and the security allows a lot of flexibility.

Hard to do advanced searching with filters—they work in kind of a frustrating way that's hard to explain succinctly.

I can easily upload assets of all types. Tagging them, filling out the metadata, and putting longform descriptions in each asset makes it really easy for people to find what they are looking for.

Widen has been a great partner to work with on our new Digital Asset Management. The implementation process is very smooth and straightforwards.

Sometimes it gives corrupted error. I wished it could have given the corrupt error while I am uploading files.

Because of such wonderful management, you know how to treat a customer.

I know that this has to do with the upload metadata and probably is related to user error. Perhaps if there was a more automated way to add search criteria when uploading, this wouldn't be an issue.

We no longer have to search through a messy drive to find product images, marketing materials and more.

It's works great, the API documentation is good and Widen has given excellent support on it.
