Best Social Media Schedular
I have been talking to everyone and anyone about Publer who will listen. It is hands down the best social media publishing tool - and I have tried many over the years. The UI is great, the support listen to the community on how to improve, and implement changes fast, they are continuously rolling out new functions I didn't even realise I needed until I tried, and allows me to manage not just multiple social media account, but multiple brands and bulk import, which is a huge time saver.
PROSAfter many years of Hoostsuit and Buffer, Publer seemed to come out of nowhere - and took the crown with is combination of ease of use, wide variety of tools, and pricing. The team are continuously developing Publer and listening to its users - ie, we recently requested Crello incorporation - and although the use of the API would cost them, they implemented this function at no extra cost.
CONSThe logo :) Aside from the...unique..choice of branding, I can not fault the platform. Great functions, great price and super support.

Although Buffer is great, Publer offered more bang for my buck. And the pace of development was mind blowing.

Easing Small Businesses into Social Media Automation
Excellent free plan, easy to use with the existing tools in my small business arsenal.
CONSSometimes the social media calendar (the Publer one) does not load/ display.

Still missing key features, but good scheduling tool
I like it, it's still a growing platform and I'll continue to use it to supplement my main social media management tool. I'd recommend it to small business owners, but for agencies it misses the mark.
PROSI was able to get a lifetime subscription of Publer which made the transition to the platform almost a no-brainer. The dashboard is simple and easy to navigate, it's simply a scheduling tool with no unneeded bells or whistles which is great.
CONSYou can group your social media accounts by company or by whatever you wish, but when scheduling posts, it automatically will select all accounts within the Group. This isn't ideal for those wanting to only publish a message to a specific platform as you then have to go down the list and uncheck the accounts you don't want to post to. The entire account list is still visible so if you have a lot of accounts connected, you have to scroll through all of your accounts to uncheck the ones that were selected within the Group.

Hi Beverley and thank you for your review. Grouping the accounts is designed specifically for this reason: to allow you to select them all, in click of a button, when scheduling your posts. Grouping the accounts is optional and you can always decided to select the accounts you want to post to one by one. We will try to make it more user friendly when you have plenty of accounts. For now, you can always double check where you're posting to by placing the mouse over the social network icons inside the composer. Thank you again,

Publer for my social media
I love to use the Chrome extension to publish my blog posts to all my connected social media platforms.
PROSI like the easy-to-use interface. Nothing is too complicated, like in other tools.
CONSI think the calendar could be a little bit more practical to use.

Great tool for scheduling
I liked that there's a very good way of seeing all the posts that will be published in a calendar form. This allows me to easily plug my posts in there, and I can visualize all the posts in a great way
CONSI would like to see a title per post that will be published, and not have to press on each one to see what's inside. Also I don't like that I have to add the time manually everytime, and I'd like to see a "time naturalization" that doesn't look like we used a tool

Awesome software, what I looked for so long!
Publer stands out as a comprehensive social media management tool that offers features like auto-posting to IG Stories, TikTok Videos, and LinkedIn PDFs. It's like having a superhero to manage your social media, allowing users to schedule, collaborate, and analyze all their posts from one central location
PROSMy favorite aspect of Publer is its intuitive and user-friendly platform. The ability to visually organize and schedule posts using drag & drop, get hashtag suggestions, and even preview posts for any typos is remarkable. The interactive calendar view that suggests the best times to post and displays social media holidays is a game-changer.
CONSIt's hard to pinpoint any dislikes given the vast range of features and positive feedback. However, like any product, there's always room for improvement, and I believe Publer is continuously working towards enhancing its offerings.

A cut above the rest.
I was using Planable prior to Publer but hit a wall with it as you have to pay for each additional workspace you create meaning it becomes very costly very quickly. Unlimited workspaces on the pro plan with Publer is how it should be if you're a pro user. Initially I was a bit overwhelmed when I first dived into Publer. But after just an hour or so and a few tutorials which the Publer team linked me to I felt right at home.
PROSI love the Instagram grid and feed views. As a designer I like to know how the page is going to look in as far advance as possible.
CONSMaking someone a client can be a little jarring as any slight tweak or change to a post or scheduling date means they must re-approve. So if your client is "Dynamic" and likes to move things around this becomes a bit jarring.

Cost and functionality. Even on pro you have to pay extra for each workspace you have.

Great tool!
I am having a great experience with it and expect to grow quicker on social networks by using this tool.

CONSNo pt-BR support, no Youtube community post support (yet)Just 3 accounts to start. I wish I could have a little more for the same price.

Publer is a great tool for anyone who wants to take their social media marketing to the next level. It is easy to use, affordable, and reliable.
PROSLive Preview, easy to use. Clean UI. Browser Extension: You can easily share any web page, image, or quote to your social accounts without leaving the browser. You can also use the extension to schedule posts from any website.
CONSThere is no Unified Inbox. There is no ability to manage all comments and messages.

Highly recommend, best valued tool on the market.
Overall I have tried a half dozen alternatives to find the right one. when it came to price vs functionality and overall user experience this ticked my boxes. It's very clean and user friendly, I had some questions more than issues to start with and I was very impressed by the rapid and professional support from the chat team. Price plan customisation was great, a feature I'd not seen really on any other options unless you were looking to really get into the high corporate use areas.
PROSIt ticks all the boxes for a clean UI, with every feature I need and a very customisable pricing plan.
CONSI think there are some features, and I love that they are taking and allowing users to vote on those suggestions but they are all additional at this stage like TikTok integration. Nice to have but not deal breakers for the majority.

Each of the alternatives had it's pros and cons. SocialQ was a one time purchase but had an unwieldy UI especially in calendar view. OneUp was a close contender but had a higher cost to features ratio. Buffer was far too expensive for my needs and didn't offer anything more than the others for a dramatically higher price while later looked excellent but didn't support LinkedIn which is my primary use for this type of tool.

Very simply Hoosuite increased prices and reduced the functionality of free account sot not be worth my time.

Publer Has the MOST
I have been Realllly impressed with all the options Publer has available for scheduling, auto publishing, managing content and managing ALL of our different social media accounts for every social platform we have ever wanted to use!!! I've tried many others that are supposed to be like Publer, but Publer really is the only one that actually has EVERYthing to ensure you can manage all of your social media in the most streamlined ways, and they're continually adding features as new things arise in SM that need managing. Their customer service has been outstanding every time I have a question, very quick, polite, and most of all HELPFUL!! Probably the best customer service experience I have with any services I use in my life and my business.
PROSI love that I can schedule and auto publish posts for ALL of my different social media platforms AND the different types of posts (Reels, photos etc) for my small business and influencer profiles! I've researched a lot of similar services and nothing really covers evvverything like Publer is doing, they're ahead of the curve and helping us stay a step ahead too!!
CONSIt's a little confusing finding pricing and available options for using the software when using the Help articles, it seems to have several different pages for the same question and they aren't all filled with the same information. For example, pricing was confusing for us because there's a pricing page with plans and no options to add more members and workspaces, then there's another page that gives plans pricing with dropdown menus to add members and workspaces to view what the pricing would be for all the add-ons you can purchase. HOWEVER- customer service is excellent and helped very quickly and efficiently in finding all the information I wanted!

The Best Online Social Media Management Tools!
With so many social media management programs out there, it was hard to find the best one. But after trying Publer and getting everything I needed in just one platform with their awesome customer service team behind them--I am hooked! These tools are the best around! I manage over 50+ social media accounts across several different platforms, and have used every single program out there for this purpose. This time around though my search was finally finished when Publer came into view--it's intuitive design made managing all these channels so much easier than before; you can do anything from posting content to responding directly with followers in no time at all - thanks to Publer's dynamic features which keep things fresh & interesting on your page without needing too many complicated processes running simultaneously (therefore saving lots of time and money). Publer's right when they call themselves Superheros of social media. The user interface is very easy-to use and all features are at your fingertips without any extra fluff or unnecessary clutter which makes it perfect if you're looking and just want something simple with powerful functionality. I highly recommend Publer to anyone looking to manage their online social presence with ease.
PROSI have been using Publer for a little over a year now and I absolutely love it. The integration with Canva makes creating content so much easier than ever before, especially since the app links up directly to your Publer account! This means that all you need do is design some beautiful graphics, add some text on top of it and schedule it to post This drastically accelerates posting speeds significantly while still being able publish professionally looking posts - no matter how simple those ideas might start out as at first glance. I'm able save hours every week just by connecting my marketing channels together through this one software program which gives me more time outside doing things like eating dinner with friends/family instead of staying up all hours of the night scheduling posts for clients.
CONSThe feature I am missing - but have been told it is in development - is being able to share the calendar with each of my clients. Once this feature is released, I no longer have to create a separate content calendar to share with each client for approval. Streamlining this process is going to be amazing.

Love Publer!! Couldn’t live without it!
They are a great company who have continually invested in their product for the sake of their users. They listen to feedback, they CARE and they’re not greedy like the more established schedulers.
PROSUser experience is great, dashboards and analytics are excellent. Flexibility to add all the social channels you need, with auto recycle and shuffle. Just excellent features.
CONSCreating / uploading content en masse could be slightly easier but it’s not a huge undertaking once you get the hang of it.

Lots of Features and Price Levels
I love Publer, bottom line. I have used a lot of social schedulers, but Publer remains as one of my top preferred scheduler and the only one I find enough value in to pay for monthly.
PROSI love that even with a free account, you can schedule Google My Business posts. I have not found this to be the case with any comparable product at the time of this review. On paid accounts, users can link their Canva and Crello accounts for quickly scheduling posts. All account levels also have access to a free bio link, which is a necessity for Instagram these days. And the few time I have needed their customer service, the response time has always be faster than expected and my issues solved seemingly immediately.
CONSCurrently my only complaint is there is no mobile app, though it is a highly requested feature, so I am sure one will be available soon.

Publer Provides A Simple & Affordable Social Scheduling Tool
I was looking for an affordable option to post on FB, IG, Twitter, and LI and Publer fit the bill!
PROSI love how easy it is to use Publer. I have used other major competitors, and other tools took a while to set up, would disconnect from my social accounts frequently, and the prices kept going up. I like that Publer is affordable and reliable. Even the free version is robust compared to competitors.
CONSThis isn't really a con, but the branding is rather simplistic. I think better colors, logo, and branding would truly convey how powerful and professional this tool is.

Hootsuite rolled back their free plan to make it basically a waste of time to use. I don't need all the analytics tools, so I didn't feel the need to pay such a high cost for something I won't use as much. I'm only scheduling posts for myself, not clients.

Publer ticks all the boxes, even the ones I didn't know I needed
Publer is always quick to add new functionality when social medial platforms allow that. Their support is amazing and I just LOVE the fee structure. Totally customisable to what you actually need. I used a different platform for years, had I known about Publer I would have moved over years sooner than I did.Have now been with Publer for some years and only get happier each time. When I tell my clients about it they all fall in love too!
CONSThey offer so much functionality, I sometimes don't take the time to learn about all the features I am not maximise yet.
Reasons for switching to Publer
Hootsuite upped my monthly subscription from USD 5,99 to USD 75. I then realised I didn't really need the dashboard, just the scheduling. Little did I know how much more functionality Publer offered.
