Publer is extremely easy to use, user friendliness is key. Customer service is amazing - you get answers pretty much instantly, no searching through forms to find your answer.

The pricing is attractive and the app is easy to use and reliable. Ve tried a few other social media apps and so far this is the best.

Amazing Value and Prompt, Reliable Customer Support.

There are three things I need for my small business, good value, reliability and customer support. Publer scores high on all three.

It's very clean and user friendly, I had some questions more than issues to start with and I was very impressed by the rapid and professional support from the chat team.

Easy to use, successful but have some shortcomings.

It has a clear help pages and video guide and recognized our close group immediately.

Publer has a very simple interface. I really liked the preview features and the ability to see and categorize the posts.

Lastly (and most importantly), their support team is top notch and they've always sought to resolve my queries in swiftly and efficiently. I definitely recommend Publer.

A great social media scheduler for beginners, easy to navigate through the program.

It's been very easy to use so far and I'm really happy with how it's working. I'm really hoping they integrate Canva and google photos into it as that would make life much easier.

So far, nothing is a con. I have been using this software for awhile now and haven't run into anything that is clunky or broken.

The only downside at the moment is waiting for Instagram to be functional (which I have been told is going to be at the end of the month.

The fact that has many social media integration is its best feature. Not many alternatives has so much social media.

Publer is a fantastic tool for scheduling social media. I have tried several different schedulers and Publer has been the easiest to use.

I love the content management tool because it is how this app is so successful at generating featured posts on Instagram.

There's an issue happening often where social accounts unsynchronize after a video fails to get posted for whatever reason.

I am able to manage multiple business' social media calendar with Publer and I am excited to see their Instagram integration soon.

Great value, and some wonderful features that make maintaining multiple accounts super easy.

Currently, there's no mobile app. While bulk upload of social media posts is available, once uploaded, there is no bulk edit functionality.

Particularly suitable for social media posting which requires strong graphics. I like the link with Canva which I use daily.

I would recommend Publer, in fact, we moved from another scheduling platform because the value in what you have at a cheaper price is brilliant.

I haven't found anything yet but I'll let you know if/when I do.

No app, downloadable programme for laptop/ desktop. I don't like having to use it in the browser as my browser can be sluggish.

So for I'm very pleased with my experience. The customer service has been outstanding so far and very responsive and the functionality of Publer has streamlined my workflow.

The lack of some capabilities is outweighed by the cost of the application.

Fantastic programming for the management of social networks, accessible and easy to use.

I'm a solopreneur and have been posting individually to each social media channel. It was difficult to keep up with scheduling and it took a long time to create posts for each channel.

Publer has a great interface and ease of use which is fantastic for users just starting with social media platforms.

Confusing, does not track inventory as it should, does not interface correctly with Quickbooks, support is the WORST. No help, we wasted thousands of dollars on this system.

The integration creates a total mess in Quickbooks, and employee hours can only be ported over to Quickbooks in whole numbers and no overtime.

Cost of hardware was for fixed period, but they offered no discount once that period was over. Basically intend to charge for the cost of the hardware, indefinitely.

Easy to learn staff friendly have a portable option, reliable enough. Use iPad and doesn’t take too much space.

The worst part was that, with only two weeks into implementation , they refused to refund the $3100.00 we paid siting contract guidelines and charged us an additional  $1300.00 cancellation fee.

I shopped extensively and found Revel to be the best value, with support and ease of use.

Inventory is fairly simple. I like the look of the software.

Customer service has always been excellent for technical help.

We love the fact that technical support is available 24/7 and they are always willing to find a solution to your problem. API availability is also great for other software integrations.

The tech support people are nice. The sales team don't care.

Was a great price and it integrated seamlessly with my QuickBooks Online software.

The reporting capabilities and the ease of use and the reliability of the Networking equipment used makes our systems rock solid. The KDS has also been so beneficial.

Good POS software that can help you clean up your POS offerings. Provides fairly good POS protection and security for your business.

All of it is just so damned cumbersome, takes so many taps on the ipad and is not intuitive. Even for our millennial cashiers.

The revel system is extremely user friendly and easy to use. Uploading new merchandise or making instant changes to products or prices makes for a great and easy way to control your inventory.

Great system, the UI is customize able to fulfill your needs and the best part is most of the customization can be done using your management console.

Good idea, good realization on the hardware concept, but buggy software.

This makes it hard to get the price right. Have had to do a manual discount, rather than percentage to work around this.

In fact for the last update, the app told me that it was the most up to date, but finally on the back end of Revel there was a warning that I needed to update or my system would be obsolete.
