Reasons for switching to QuarticON Synerise product recommendations were blocked by adblocks as Synerise in basic version was based on 3rd party cookies only. Quarticon is based on 1st party cookies so the increase in sales was significant. I also missed Smart Search feature in Synerise. Nevertheless A/B testing was slightly better in Synerise. Unfortunately, with a very diverse assortment and operation on many markets, I cannot recommend it - I am looking for a more comprehensive and modern search tool. The advantage was support in Polish and simple and quick installation. The management panel can be used independently. Cons: Quarticon does not always return the results that would be required of it. After implementation, a lot of work needs to be spent on completing the appropriate synonym phrases. Quarticon also does not look good in terms of the pace of development of the tool itself - the other companies are doing more to match current standards. The discount was only applied to one invoice after many comments on our part. We have repeatedly reported the desire to terminate the contract early and we have not received a reply.
