Reliable and recognized with many features, our company uses for Amazon Marketing. 5 Positive experience overall. We've had some months where we've underperformed but they generally try to do the right thing and keep you happy as a customer. Ratings Breakdown 5 Ease of use 4 Value for money 5 Customer support 4 Functionality Pros: Good service and generally good attention to the accounts they serve. Their algorithm can be very powerful. They are very accessible if you have any issues with your account, will always try to please clients. Cons: Their algorithm isn't always easy to understand. They do a decent to good job with Amazon sponsored products ads and display ads, but not with sponsored brands ads, as they don't have a way to create those in an automated fashion. Also their bids for these don't always make sense. I wish they had a better way to select and autopopulate good keywords into the sponsored brands ads, this would be a key improvement (all types of sponsored brands ads, those going to stores, sponsored brand video, etc.). Reasons for switching to Quartile Still use Jungle scout for other features but not for Amazon ad management. Quartile much fuller and customized solution with personalized account management.
