It's user-friendly, offers a ton of features, and is affordable. I also like that it has an included password manager too. #### Cons The Dashboards are a bit harder to set up than the other functions that were a breeze. But I've only been using for a few days and it will take time to learn but I'm sure I'll pick it up eventually . Overall I am very happy with Radaar because of the lower price point for the features that are much more expensive with other software. It works great for what we need it for and the issues I do have with the analytics or the refined feeling of the platform are really not that big of a deal. If I was paying more, then yes I would say that's a big deal. But ultimately I haven't had any real issues such as a post not going through or it crashing or anything like that and I HAVE had those issues with much more expensive software so Im ultimately happy with Radaar. #### Ratings breakdown - Ease of use: 4/5 - Functionality: 5/5 #### Pros I use this primarily for keeping my posts scheduled to Facebook, Instagram, and LinkedIn and checking performance of the posts to see when the best time to post is. For those functions I feel it is a great option for the price. There are good analytics to see some useful data (more about this in the cons section) and the scheduling post function is easy to use and works very well, I haven't had any reliability issues and that is not something I can say about some of the more expensive social media management software I've used. Overall I think this is a great platform but could use some work. #### Cons Overall I feel there is a lack of refinement with this platform. I don't know how else to describe this other than when I use platforms like Later.com or Sprout Social they feel more premium and the bugs are all ironed out and I don't get that with Radaar. However, to get the same features on those platforms you're spending a lot more which is ultimately why Im using Radaar.Some of the main issues I have with Radaar are the analytics. The way the dashboard is built, the names of the metrics and things like that are confusing (and I do this for a living and have used a LOT of different social media analytics platforms). Also a lot of the analytics just don't work and I feel they are missing a few very key metrics such as what posts are performing best which is something available in Facebook by itself. #### Reasons for switching to RADAAR Price and features. To get the same features with Later.com or Sprout Social is much more expensive and where my business is at right now I can't justify the cost. No incentive was offered Radaar is running a scam selling Lifetime deals on platforms like Appsumo and others and quickly finding reasons to dishonour the deal and cancel active LTD subscriptions without any valid explanations. I just got booted out of an active Life time deal. When i raised a ticket they refused to reply. Later i escalated with Appsumo from whom i purchased the LTD. What was shocking is the audacity and the guts they have to just delete all my content which i have carefully crated and created over several months. The reason they provided was Pinterest had issues with their API and so they randomnly just deleted all accounts that were posting on pinterest. This is the most ridiculous explanation i have ever heard that is totally baseless. They just wanted an excuse to delete all the LTD accounts and force them to exit. Your account has been suspended because it was detected that you were using our platform to share spam content on Pinterest. And this is strictly against both our terms of use and Pinterest's terms of use. Pinterest warned us about this and stated that it would terminate our developer agreement if we did not take the necessary actions quickly. So we had no choice but to close your account. The setup for my account was easy and done in minutes. The UX/ UI is straightforward and clear. RADAAR has an integrated password solution to store unlimited passwords. This feature alone can replace a password manager for the hole team. And I can see analytics data from all my channels directly inside from RADAAR. Best value for the price and unlimited team members. #### Cons There was an issue with Instagram publishing, but it is solved. But the time before I had to work with different tools for different purposes. As I am a Life Time Deal owner, I don't have to pay the monthly charges. So, it is saving a great amount of money. It makes the management of different channels of social media and different companies really easy.It helps you create content as you can use photos spin tax and you can have a pool of content or captions so you are well prepared to do things in advance. You also have another tools inside like a task management with your team and a URL shortener that has been quite useful for me. One of the things I value when I buy a software is how quick customer services is to reply my issues and how quick they fix it. So in this case I asked the team just a simple question and they answered me in no time. #### Cons Well I don´t really have cons about the software so far, maybe that, when I had a first look at it, felt like to many features and that was a bit scary. I'm able to review messages in my inbox and then schedule them across my linked accounts. I have multiple businesses using this tool which allows me to monitor all my messages in one place.
