Even though they joined the market quite late, they managed to build a very feature-rich and all-in-one tool that is perfect for most SMM needs. For example, the inclusion of features like a landing page builder, link shortener and even password storage make it a truly complete solution, with constant updates and improvements.

In comparison to other tools, their UI design concept is lacking. Not only the sidebar, but the allround appearance make it not exactly fun to operate.

Because their policies and procedures are so old around simple things like refunds I was disappointed and so would not recommend it in such an evolving space.

No refunds if you take out an annual plan. I took out an annual plan and decided after 4 months to cancel I was told no refund as per policy and procedures. So if you like the platform just go with a monthly. The company have very old management practices for simple processes.

I love the unified social inbox for all my channels. The setup for my account was easy and done in minutes. The UX/ UI is straightforward and clear. RADAAR has an integrated password solution to store unlimited passwords. This feature alone can replace a password manager for the hole team. And I can see analytics data from all my channels directly inside from RADAAR. Best value for the price and unlimited team members.

There was an issue with Instagram publishing, but it is solved. No more issues for me.

Now RADAAR is a very regular useable software to me. It is saving my time and effort by hosting the essential jobs of Social Media Marketing within the same software. But the time before I had to work with different tools for different purposes. As I am a Life Time Deal owner, I don't have to pay the monthly charges. So, it is saving a great amount of money. Even its monthly subscription is lower than the other competitors.

I mostly like the features like social monitoring, content management, individual workspace, link shortener, UI of post scheduler, and some other.

I like least only not having the Telegram integration.

Many times its very difficult to find exactly how to complete a step or pop directions are unclear about details (for example, what CNAME details are needed to point custom domains).

Setup could be a little easier, but it still isn't very difficult

It's easy to get set up and connect your social accounts. It's integrated with both Crello and Canva, so you can create and post on the fly. Or, if you've already got your image / video downloaded, you can simply upload it. I've never had any dramas with scheduling posts to my IG, FB and LinkedIn accounts. Majority of the time, I've posted immediately rather than scheduled, but I like that I can schedule ahead. The calendar has a note for each date where there might be a public holiday or cultural event commemorated, so you can plan ahead and post appropriate to a theme. There are some cool extra features, like link shortener (although no tracking, from what I can see), and password storage hub (although don't expect it to work like LastPass or anything - as far as I'm aware, it simply stores the passwords).

I would love to be able to change the colour scheme so it's not such a strong green colour. I'm not sure about the hash tag suggestion tool as well - it's still in beta, but as a hashtag noob, I'd like to have something that works really well to suggest hashtags to improve visibility.

Radaar seems to get the job done and frees up so much of my time. Its interface makes it easy to monitor social media, track brands, manage content, shorten links, post schedules. I think Google My Business could be added, which would be a great addition to this tool.

I like the fact that Radaar is like a Swiss knife when it comes to social media marketing management - in one place. It has all popular platforms where I need to get my message out and connect with my audience and the UI and UX are nice too! The layout is simple and easy enough to navigate around, and it loads fast with no lags, which is critical for me.

Sometimes it gets laggy which posting the same content on multiple platforms. Sometimes content doesn't get posted and you need to "reconnect" your accounts. It also takes some times for accounts to load at the settings page if you want to change them. One platform I would like to see linked is Google My Businss, which would be a great addition.

As far as hashtag generation was concerned, it was not working properly. I know it's a complement feature, but I hope they fix it soon.

Being able to see all social media messages in one place ... it keeps you from switching back and forth from all your social media accounts. And sharing passwords with teammates without revealing it to anyone. Those are true productivity enhancer.

I have used RADAAR for a client and here's my review. There's a lot to like about RADAAR. 1. The UI is stunning. I like how well they have designed the the dashboard. 2. Post scheduling is a breeze, the automation works great. 3. The Analytics is super-useful. 4. I like the Passbook feature which is pretty handy.

There's only one thing where I've faced an issue. The UI at times lags or takes a bit of time to load properly. Initially I thought it was be my browser, but I've tried using Brave, Chrome and Edge to be double-sure. Not a lot of luck. I'm confident that the team will fix this issue.
