RD Station - From Lead gen to our Pipedrive CRM
Handles all we need in our lead gen strategy and integrates with all we need. No issues. Easy go again with this option.
PROSRD Station is easy to set up and had improved through the years. We use it for lead gen and then we deliver the leads to Pipedrive CRM (now using Meetime in the middle too). It's easy to set up and we can keep many nurturing workflows that handle our daily lead gen targets. It's easy to setup with other tools and have a send and return integration (mark for example lost in the Pipedrive CRM and it comes back to RD. Good!)
CONSIn the beginning, it had a too manual approach for workflow build. But now it got easy. No problems here.

Excellent but expensive for some projects
I've used RD Station for more than 2 years and I can say it's an excellent choice.
PROSResultados Digitais is one of the best choices worldwide for mailing automation. Customer Success Team are the best I've already seen.
CONSPrice is not the best. When you have many leads the price rises very fast.

It was an Brazilian company with an excellent support in Portuguese and lower costs.
Reasons for switching to RD Station
Hubspot at that time were very expensive.

Good value for starting with automation
The best thing is the price, is cheap and have all the features you need when you compare to simples email marketing Saas.
CONSAfter you start you will feel a lack of features needes and then you will need to upgrade to a bigger and better software.

The ultimate marketing tool for small bussiness
I really love being an user of RD Station. It's reasonable in every sense and I feel its care for their clients.
PROSRD Station provides almost everything I need to run an inbound marketing operation. Pop-up creation tool, drip campaign, lead database and integration with most CRMs on the market. Excelent value for money without even mentioning the UX and the CS.
CONSIt's a work in progress and some features are half-baked. Most of it are being improved but other are still waiting.

Jack of all trades, master of none
The software has a lot of features, covering almost all the components of a digital marketing strategy focused on e-mails. These allows easy integrations, which is great for small business.
CONSAs a side effect of being an one in all solution, it is not really good at nothing. And there are softwares that are more focused on specific features that performs better.

Best solution if you're in Brazil
Happy user as we were still in our early days. Very happy, actually.
PROSMost Brazilian marketers are fluent in RDStation and can easily operate it for your company (that counts a lot for productivity!)
CONSSome more advanced features lack and sophisticated companies and strategies end up being constrained by its limitations

RD Station is a good option to automate marketing routines
If you want a software to automate emails and landing pages, I think is a good choice with a low cost.
PROSRD Have a good platform to automate your marketing routines with email tracks, lead scoring and landing pages creation. For email and landing page creation I think it is the best, because is simple and able to make a lot of personalization.
CONSSome interfaces is a little trick to use like the lead scoring creation and some personas creation.

Great marketing automation tool, specially for SMBs
RD Station is one of a kind. It delivers a great experience to users, as a software, incredible support team, and a great team of consultants. Though, it has to catch its breath because the competition has evolved faster while RD Station looks frozen in time.
PROSRD Station offers a great part of what most SMBs need to run a comprehensive digital marketing strategy. Lead capture, nurturing and management tools, email marketing automation, landing page creation, and a lot more. Everything is well-packaged in an easy-to-use suite.
CONSThe software looks slower in evolving like its competitors. Since I started using it as long as 2018 little has changed besides the interface.

Great Inbound tool for starters
If you really understand what Inbound Marketing is and you have a team to support your strategy, RD Station is the tool for you. However, as your digital business grow, you might want to swap for another, because of its packages not being as cost efficient as Hubspot or Salesforce.
PROSThe ease of use, the support and the features offered by RD Station were awesome. They are a perfect software for starter business at content and inbound marketing!
CONSUpgrading the software to the advanced packs isn't as cost efficient as other softwares in the market. Expanding mailing lists costs alot, and therefore, many export their mailings and store in other tools as Salesforce and etc.

Good features but too expensive
Very ease to use and the features were pretty good.
PROSIt was very ease to use and reliable. I also like the reports for the campaigns.
CONSIt was very expensive for a small company and the setup was also pricy.

Automação de Emails Eficiente
Já usei o RD Station em diferentes empresas e em diferentes momentos. Tanto no plano inicial de até 1k leads, como uma conta com 400k leads. A plataforma sempre se comportou muito bem, as configurações são fácieis de serem utilizadas e dá para acompanhar bem a evolução dos leads. Gosto muito da opção de integração via webhook que facilita muito a vida para integrar com outras aplicações via Zapier.
PROSA facilidade de criar fluxos, lead scoring e segmentar leads. É tudo muito tranquilo e fácil de se mexer. Tem uma ótima experiência do usuário
CONSSinceramente, o preço. O software é bem completo, ainda mais agora que eles adicionaram a integração nativa com a api oficial do Whatsapp. Mas sem que as listas de e-mail começam a ficar maiores, o valor sob muito. Entendo que faz parte, mas é o que eu menos gosto.

Cobrança em Real, funcionalidade de integração com o Whatsapp e por já ter usado as outras ferramentas em outros momentos e ver que a usabilidade da RD Station é melhor.

A RD simplifica muito o processo. No ActiveCampaign eu sempre demorava muito para fazer as segmentações de fluxo e ainda errava por vezes até pegar o jeito certo.

Suporte sofrível, funcionalidades escassas e integração falha com o CRM
Nós saímos da Sharp Spring para vir para a RD Station, contudo, após pouco mais de 6 meses, considero que foi um grande erro. As automações da RD não dão 1/3 da liberdade de criação que as da SS oferecem. O suporte da RD é sofrível. Você entra no chat e o suporte quer discutir com você uma falha que você apontou, quer que você forneça "pesquisas e estatítsticas" quando você só entrou no chamado para apontar um erro. O suporte que eles prestam serve só pra debater com você, questionar a sua necessidade de fazer algo que você gostaria de fazer pelo sistema. A parte de análises da RD é muito ruim também. Os códigos UTMs, por exemplo, só são registrados na conversão, mas não aparecem em outras visitas que o cliente fez. Isso sem contar que a integração entre RD Marketing e RD CRM é péssima. Muitos eventos do CRM não são registrados no marketing, a comunição entre os campos personalizados não é boa nem funcional, o sistema de e-mails é completamente diferente e o CRM não é capaz de puxar os contatos do marketing. Para ser justo, a RD tem dois pontos positivos: o reconhecimento de formulários externos e as chamadas pelo CRM. Ambas funções são muito boas.
PROS- Reconhecimento/integração com formulários de terceiros; - Sistema de discagem/chamadas direto do CRM.
CONS- Análises, gráficos e acompanhamento de histórico do lead são falhos e carecem de informações que seriam relevantes. Existe uma função de "Marketing BI" que encarece em R$ 1720 o plano mensal; - Suporte: estão sempre dispostos a rebater os erros apontados, nunca parecem saber do que se trata o erro ou a função que você está reportando, gostam de interferir nas suas estratégias sem conhecer seu negócio. Além disso, o suporte do RD Marketing e do RD CRM são completamente separados e quando o problema é exatamente sobre a integração entre ambos, a solução fica ainda mais confusa e difícil, quando não impossível; - Integração entre RD Marketing e RD CRM: falha e com falta de comunicação entre campos personalizados; - Automações para RD CRM: quase inexistentes. O problema poderia ser "contornável" pelo RD Marketing, mas como a integração entre ambos é falha, acabamos reféns de processos manuais...em um sistema de "automação".

Acreditamos que teríamos todas as funções que possuíamos na SharpSpring, só que com uma estabilidade maior, dado o tamanho da RD.

Na época que decidimos trocar o sistema, a Sharp estava passando por constantes melhorias e atualizações. Isso estava resultando em muitos erros e lentidão, coisas que impactavam nosso departamento comercial diretamente.
