REACH Media Network offers digital signage solutions that help display announcements, news feeds, schedules, sports scores, social media feeds and other information directly onto digital signage boards in real-time.

REACH helps users customize their signage according to their brand standards, and the solution offers a variety of templates and widget options to display and deliver information. It can integrate with Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, RSS feeds and live TV, among others.

REACH supports multiple display options including full-screen announcements, portrait or landscape displays and vertical-screen announcements. It can either be installed on-premises or be hosted in the cloud and can integrate with other third-party software as well.

REACH Media Network also offers services such as menu boards, web calendars, room schedulers and video walls.

The ease of managing the updates is great, and the support staff is prompt when we need to update the template. I tried a few solutions before finding Reach online, and I wish I found them first.

Cons

If I have to list a con, it would be the lack of ability to modify the template myself. But I do understand that to maintain compatibility it's best to let Reach handle it.

* Ease of use
* Good selection of images
* Features and functionality are very good, despite some usability quirks (ie. Inability to save vertically oriented photos)
* Excellent customer service
* Well functioning, innovating software

Cons

Other than a couple of usability quirks, I'd rate our experience as top-notch.

it's very easy to take announcements in multiple formats (ex. jpg, pdf, png) and post them with minimal work while also having the ability to create my own announcements

Cons

there is no way to preview photos/graphics built into the system without going into the create new menu, also i cannot maintain my uploaded photo category folders without going into the create new menu

Professional Marketing, Ability to Advertise our Interest Rates and Account Products, Notify the Community of Upcoming Community Events, Stock Ticker Feed, Inform Clients of the Weather, and the Ability to Upload YouTube videos for Client Education.

Pros

I like the web based functionality so that the marketing materials can be edited from any PC or Laptop. The hardware installation was very easy to install and is compact. The presentation and images are of high quality. Having a "template" set up by your experts was extremely helpful. Again, your sales and customer service representatives have done a fantastic job! I've already recommended Reach to my technology group that works with other banks and other industries.

Cons

I would like to learn how to design and create my own templates so that we could change the format once in a a while. Otherwise, we love the product and have nothing but good things to say about it.

The application is very user friendly and easy to setup. Training was less than 30 minutes for our users and they were able to go right away and setup/modify their display to what they wanted. This is much easier to use than the vendor supplied content management application for our digital signage.

Cons

Wish it had an improved way to display websites. Some of the editing pieces are a little clumsy like trying to move text you need to learn a trick, but nothing you can't work through.

Being able to quickly communicate to staff or members throughout the state. Staff being informed of local events also helps improve employee engagement.

Pros

CMS GUI is very intuitive for the most part. Love the dashboard and being able to quickly view status of all players, both in our HQ and throughout the state. Their software is reliable and consistent. Support staff is very helpful.

Cons

If I have to think of things that I don't like about the software, it would only be a chance to improve the consistency of weather feeds, although your software is probably pulling from a third-party so this doesn't reflect much on REACH. The only thing I can think to improve their product would be to implement the App for content management. I have downloaded it, however it appears it is still in production.

Easy marketing to our customers. Easy to use and can be updated quickly.

Pros

I love that I can easily add slides from my computer and it pushes it out to the screen immediately. The colors are bold and our customers have commented that they like the new features.

Cons

I wish creating a new slide was as easy as it is in Powerpoint. I like the WordArt feature there. The font choices in Reach are a little limited.

We utilize this software as a marketing tool inhouse for new and exciting programs as well as general comminication.

Pros

The ability to have all control from my pc, very easy to use and train others on. We have been using for about 5 years ans the continued upgrades and communication are amazing.

Cons

The only downfall which I sure is not the company is continually having to relink social media. This is not a big deal just a small inconvienance.

Cost savings, centralization of content management, lightweight operability and hassle free service and support.

Pros

I really enjoy the flexibility of being able to make on the fly changes to our internal signage. Working with support has given me confidence in knowing that issues will be resolved in a timely manner. The development team is a lot of fun to work with and extremely understanding and sensitive to our needs. This is an all around great product and I would definitely recommend this service to a friend/colleague.

Cons

If I have to list one, then I have to pick on the CMS as it relates to announcements/file storage. I have a relatively exponential learning curve for software but I can't seem to quickly grasp the concept of manipulating files within announcements and how they all link to devices.
Again, I am nitpicking because I'm sure that if I just watched your training resources (another Pro), I'd be fine.

The flexibility to either create a graphic in the system or upload a file that we created for other uses. Easy to set up and use. Customers/Clients love it. It makes your company feel modern

Pros

It is easy to use and if there is an issue it is resolved same day. Even when it is my error, the techs are very helpful and explain what I can do to prevent this in the future.

Cons

IT would be nice to customise which player plays which announcement. We use the displays to greet guests. If we have more than 1 guest arriving in a day, we have to loop the announcements, and cannot guarantee they will see their company when they walk in.

Support is always very prompt and comes to a resolution very quickly. I have developed great relationships with our account team and have turned over all product support to Reach, as opposed to our previous vendor who required much more of my operational resources.

Cons

Would appreciate more integration capabilities with outside software applications. I think the toolset is still maturing but is pretty adequate for our digital signage needs. Obviously the key is to find a balance between software integration options and ease of user interface to take advantage of those options.

The header that displays your organization a long with the current date time and weather. Also the consistency of display across several TV's throughout our campus with the ability to individualize editable content in different locations.

I like that the software can be customized to whatever organization you use it for. Customer support is always quick to respond when there's an issue with the overlay or just with the system overall.

Cons

It's a little hard to learn how to use if you aren't familiar with the software. Although the tutorials are great and explain everything, sometimes I wish I would be a quick and easy fix.
