REACH Media Network offers digital signage solutions that help display announcements, news feeds, schedules, sports scores, social media feeds and other information directly onto digital signage boards in real-time.

REACH helps users customize their signage according to their brand standards, and the solution offers a variety of templates and widget options to display and deliver information. It can integrate with various social media and online platforms like Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, RSS feeds and live TV, among others.

REACH supports multiple display options including full-screen announcements, portrait or landscape displays and vertical-screen announcements. It can either be installed on-premises or be hosted in the cloud and can integrate with other third-party software as well.

REACH Media Network also offers services such as menu boards, web calendars, room schedulers and video walls. The solution can be used in a variety of businesses including colleges, fitness, healthcare and corporates.

We have been incredibly satisfied with the program. The training and support have been wonderful throughout the entire process.

Pros

It is setup much like a typical word processing platform, so it is easy to use and learn.

Cons

The text box and text editor were the most difficult piece of the program to learn. Once you use it more often, it becomes more manageable, but it was a little difficult to use at first.

The overall experience with REACH has been excellent. I have highly recommended the product to colleagues. The support and service that I have received over the years has been exemplary.

Pros

End user friendly and very each to use. Technical support has been outstanding.

Cons

Too bad the software was not linked to istock images and/or additional announcement graphics.

How simple it is to operate. The ability to import any graphic and upload videos. User setup is smooth and easy to maintain.

Cons

No time out for patrons when they upload videos. We have some patrons that have very slow internet and their upload times out.

I think what i like the most about the software is that it's easy to navigate and when I'm working with multiple systems in different locations I am able to switch with ease. Also, being able to integrate our system to display group exercise classes works really well!

Cons

I think from a user experience point of view, the interface of the software online can be a bit confusing and rough around the edges but it does get the job done. It takes some time to get used to.

Companywide communication was the major benefit.

Pros

Fairly easy to set up and the dashboard is very intuitive. I also like the capability to import various data from multiple source.

Cons

Overall the con is minor but things like importing Power BI reports into the system are difficult at first.

Great way to communicate with the public

Pros

I can customize my messages and it's easy to use with the dimensions provided. I create messages on a graphic design program. Also, having there be expire and delete message options helps because I can store messages that I want to reuse without deleting them or I can just delete the message. Maybe in the future there can be a folder? Help with storage all in one place.

Cons

The preview feature on the app is delayed and shows up differently than it does on the actual screen. I end up walking to the facility with the TV screen to see what it looks like.

We have been looking for a low-cost, easy to manage digital display solution and Reach checked all the boxes.

Pros

The ease of use both from an administrator and user side, it is simple to setup templates, copy them to other locations and update content and schedules both locally and globally. Of course cost is always a business concern and the price is right.

Cons

At this point we haven't found anything that we don't like, we made one suggestion how the site could be easier to navigate and the Reach programmers implemented it in their latest update. Customer service has been great and we are looking forward to a long partnership.

Overall the software is easy on the budget and the tools are very user-friendly. Supply of photo art that is available is sufficient, but could have more business-style images. The ability to pull files in from multiple platforms is a plus!

It is so easy to use and provide our members and visitors with rolling information regarding our missions and purpose.

I love how smooth it is and how many features it has. I wish there were more fade in and visual options, and longer length opportunities.

Cons

I have difficulty with videos that we do not have the specific download for. often times the videos we have are through YouTube, which does not upload well onto the system. It can skip and cause major delay issues very easily.

Their designer worked with us to design a custom template for us that was easy to update. We asked for some design elements that took some trial and error to implement and they were not only willing to try new things, but great to work with throughout the process. Editing within their announcement editor can be tricky. I find it easier to design in PowerPoint or Adobe Creative Suite and import in most announcements, which works great. The library patrons are made aware of current and coming library events. This allows them to schedule their time to join the workshops, story times, etc.. (This keeps them coming back!)

Pros

The software is very user friendly. Requires little training to the user to obtain results quickly. The Librarians love it too for displaying events and quips and quotes.

Cons

There are no Cons. I could brag about the wonderful technical support offered. They rate number one in my book for valuable customer support services. They respond quickly and are efficient in resolving any issues that may arise.

I like that I can schedule when different signs are published or unpublished. I like that it's pretty reliable as well, I can schedule a sign remotely and I don't have to worry that it didn't publish correctly

Cons

Managing permissions can be a little tricky, we've asked multiple times for another department to not be able to publish to our screen without permission and unfortunately REACH still hasn't taken care of this.

This platform allows us to showcase our offerings. We use it to show our videos of our programs in the lobby area. We also use to inform our constituents our schedule and offerings.
