REACH Media Network offers digital signage solutions that help display announcements, news feeds, schedules, sports scores, social media feeds and other information directly onto digital signage boards in real-time.

REACH helps users customize their signage according to their brand standards, and the solution offers a variety of templates and widget options to display and deliver information. It can integrate with Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, RSS feeds and live TV, among others.

REACH supports multiple display options including full-screen announcements, portrait or landscape displays and vertical-screen announcements. It can either be installed on-premises or be hosted in the cloud and can integrate with other third-party software as well.

REACH Media Network also offers services such as menu boards, web calendars, room schedulers and video walls.

Promotion of our programs across a wide area with minimal time and resources (paper flyers).

Pros

The newest changes where you can upload PDF and videos. Makes it much easier to load content.
Being able to display daily facility schedules
Easy to use and train people. We have expanded quickly to 9 sites.

Cons

Wish REACH could talk with our facility scheduling software (CLASS) so we did not have to manually upload our schedule.

Ease of operational platform support on AWS. Limited time spent by me and my staff to keep it up and running. Easy to use web interface. Excellent support model. Very reasonable cost.

Cons

Release process could be more refined. Product purchase when it comes to new hardware is not fully developed. Need to scale up support & purchasing process for a large customer base as opposed to emailing individuals for customer needs.

We can sell ad space if we would choose to.

Pros

Easy to use has nearly everything we wish to do. People stop all the time in our lobby to look at it. they especially like the news feed.

Cons

Would like to connect our room booking software in with the reach software so it would update automatically if changes occur.

Ease of posting new announcements on the system. There is a good selection of images to use. Easy to manage multiple players.

Cons

The user management screen. Would like to see it more of a spreadsheet with drop-down menus instead of clicking on each header.

Being able to sell our own advertisements is a new boost to our revenue streams. It has helped us push for a new position to help fill that role without the software that would not be possible.

Pros

The software is very easy to use. Uploading videos is a welcomed new feature. Overall, the software is great!

Cons

Glitches with the advertisements. Probably due mostly to our IT issues though. The file upload size has been an issue in the past but the customer service team was there to assist!

-It's very easy to use
-I can schedule announcements to display and expire, which is amazing for planning things ahead of time

Cons

-Currently, the social media feed (Instagram and Facebook) shows very small compared to the size of our display.
-Tweets show without pictures
-The time stamp for our social media feed shows incorrectly.
-I have brought this up to our rep already, but there's another department that submits their announcements to our screen and our message gets lost. We didn't get a straight answer on why it's happening or a solution. I wish there was an approval procedure before another department can submit their announcements.

We are able to tap into the computer from anywhere which makes it easy for any staff member to update the slide show.

Pros

Reach Software is easy to use and has the ability to log in from anywhere. Low fee to have it as well.

Cons

It would be nice if I could preview the daily schedule in chunks instead of having to watch the whole thing scroll through.

Ease of use. Nice look. I neglected to select a few boxes in the last page - I also am an administrator and user of the software, in addition to helping pick out the prodcut.

Pros

We primarily use the Reach Software for our facility schedule. We also have it connected to our Social Media feeds (Facebook, Twitter, and Instagram). I love the capability of also adding flyers but we do not take advantage of this enough. Several of my colleagues in neighboring towns have been impressed and are considering adding this to their facilities.

Cons

Although it has happened often, we have had the system stop displaying our data from time to time. When consulting with Reach Service, it seems like it was an issue with RecTrac (Vermont Systems), however when speaking with Vermont Systems they made it seem like a Reach issue. The issues have been rectified but was difficult going back and forth between Reach and Vermont Systems.

We use it to show pictures of students and show the schedule for the building. We have seen a better sense of community within our school with these monitors around the building.

Pros

A lot of features. Quality and speed of service. I do like the mini PC's that are now in use. They make the system fly.

Cons

In the world of Google products, the software is not necessarily intuitive. I don't know if it can happen, but to make it more like a Google product would benefit our school.

I have the benefits to broadcast the church messages and upcoming events.

Pros

That I can make changes whenever I need. Furthermore, I can insert video and graphic to make my idea look great.

Cons

I am seating here trying to think of something that I don't like and I thought I had something. However, after I went and check they had the option to specify what time I could start and end a video. So if I have to say something, I wish they had more templates option but I understand that they are growing into a great company to serve people need.

Pros

Look very professional, great options for layout and animation, and #1 is the customer support. I've never had any major issues but any questions or help I've needed, they were fast and friendly with their response. It's a real person and they are knowledgeable. Quite refreshing.

nothing. It's just what I wanted. I have no complaints and if there were any, the awesome customer service team would fix them with pace and urgency anyway.
