Amazing customer service

PROS

I was less involved in the technical side of using Recotap, but the team overall really liked the software. The biggest pro is that the customer service team are incredibly helpful, responsive and work collaboratively with you to achieve what you need.

CONS

We had a couple issues from time to time with our accounts and contacts lists from Recotap's end, but the team were always quick to resolve this.
