Confusing, does not track inventory as it should, does not interface correctly with Quickbooks, support is the WORST. No help, we wasted thousands of dollars on this system.

The integration creates a total mess in Quickbooks, and employee hours can only be ported over to Quickbooks in whole numbers and no overtime.

Cost of hardware was for fixed period, but they offered no discount once that period was over. Basically intend to charge for the cost of the hardware, indefinitely.

Easy to learn staff friendly have a portable option, reliable enough. Use iPad and doesn’t take too much space.

The worst part was that, with only two weeks into implementation , they refused to refund the $3100.00 we paid siting contract guidelines and charged us an additional  $1300.00 cancellation fee.

I shopped extensively and found Revel to be the best value, with support and ease of use.

Inventory is fairly simple. I like the look of the software.

Customer service has always been excellent for technical help.

We love the fact that technical support is available 24/7 and they are always willing to find a solution to your problem. API availability is also great for other software integrations.

The tech support people are nice. The sales team don't care.

Was a great price and it integrated seamlessly with my QuickBooks Online software.

The reporting capabilities and the ease of use and the reliability of the Networking equipment used makes our systems rock solid. The KDS has also been so beneficial.

At this point, I have more knowledge then some of these techs that are from Lithuania. Terrible TERRIBLE customer service, TERRIBLE product, and TERRIBLE value for what you get.

Good POS software that can help you clean up your POS offerings. Provides fairly good POS protection and security for your business.

All of it is just so damned cumbersome, takes so many taps on the ipad and is not intuitive. Even for our millennial cashiers.

The revel system is extremely user friendly and easy to use. Uploading new merchandise or making instant changes to products or prices makes for a great and easy way to control your inventory.

Great system, the UI is customize able to fulfill your needs and the best part is most of the customization can be done using your management console.

Good idea, good realization on the hardware concept, but buggy software.

This makes it hard to get the price right. Have had to do a manual discount, rather than percentage to work around this.

In fact for the last update, the app told me that it was the most up to date, but finally on the back end of Revel there was a warning that I needed to update or my system would be obsolete.

Social Pilot is easy to use and is pretty cheap. It offers great value for work and saves a lot of time for social media managers.

There is no automatic alert if any queue where to fail. This has only happened once in the past 8 months of using Social Pilot but you do need to keep you eye on the posting queue.

The subscription price points are excellent value for money and allow for growth as and when needed.

SocialPilot is easy to use and organized. All the features I need are on the screen and accessible.

It is designed in such a fantastic way that anybody can learn to use it. It is so easy to schedule posts to my various social media platforms ahead of time I just love the efficiency of SocialPilot.

Mainly a problem with Instagram, but manual posting for every post is painful.

The reporting seems a little light and inconsistent. There are no rollup reports.

As a soloprenuer, I love that it's affordable, custom branding, content curation feature, and the customer service has been very responsive and helpful.

Lack of video upload, lack of Instagram analytics, weak suggestions.

The integration between the mobile app and the cloud version is seamless. I like that it shares media relatively easy without much hassle.

I loved the apps connection to Unsplash photos to help with visual posts and I liked that I could schedule posts.

Occasionally bulk scheduling fails, and there isn't a notification or queue alert to let you know something failed.

Problem with posting videos on Facebook. There is no one year report for the account.

The software is very easy to navigate. I like that everything has a helpful video/tip on how to use it.

I highly recommend you to sign up for it. Is worth what you pay for it.

Sometimes bulk uploads can be very frustrating. Apart from that, I haven't run into any other problems.

It is easy to integrate. Nice to program the posts.

I liked the ease of use of SocialPilot. The ability to post an article or share a Facebook post directly from the site was a plus.

What has impressed me most was having such great tools, at an affordable price, and then having a live demo when I signed up for my trial. All this and support too.

If you're just looking to organize and schedule your social media posts, this was a pretty good option (though not free like some other options).
