Confusing, does not track inventory as it should, does not interface correctly with Quickbooks, support is the WORST. No help, we wasted thousands of dollars on this system.

The integration creates a total mess in Quickbooks, and employee hours can only be ported over to Quickbooks in whole numbers and no overtime.

Cost of hardware was for fixed period, but they offered no discount once that period was over. Basically intend to charge for the cost of the hardware, indefinitely.

Easy to learn staff friendly have a portable option, reliable enough. Use iPad and doesn’t take too much space.

The worst part was that, with only two weeks into implementation , they refused to refund the $3100.00 we paid siting contract guidelines and charged us an additional  $1300.00 cancellation fee.

I shopped extensively and found Revel to be the best value, with support and ease of use.

Inventory is fairly simple. I like the look of the software.

Customer service has always been excellent for technical help.

We love the fact that technical support is available 24/7 and they are always willing to find a solution to your problem. API availability is also great for other software integrations.

The tech support people are nice. The sales team don't care.

Was a great price and it integrated seamlessly with my QuickBooks Online software.

The reporting capabilities and the ease of use and the reliability of the Networking equipment used makes our systems rock solid. The KDS has also been so beneficial.

At this point, I have more knowledge then some of these techs that are from Lithuania. Terrible TERRIBLE customer service, TERRIBLE product, and TERRIBLE value for what you get.

Good POS software that can help you clean up your POS offerings. Provides fairly good POS protection and security for your business.

All of it is just so damned cumbersome, takes so many taps on the ipad and is not intuitive. Even for our millennial cashiers.

The revel system is extremely user friendly and easy to use. Uploading new merchandise or making instant changes to products or prices makes for a great and easy way to control your inventory.

Great system, the UI is customize able to fulfill your needs and the best part is most of the customization can be done using your management console.

Good idea, good realization on the hardware concept, but buggy software.

This makes it hard to get the price right. Have had to do a manual discount, rather than percentage to work around this.

In fact for the last update, the app told me that it was the most up to date, but finally on the back end of Revel there was a warning that I needed to update or my system would be obsolete.

Overall, we are happy with the program compared to franconnect.

It gives a better way to mass email subscribed customers than using the CRM mass email. The free account is comparable with competitors like MailChimp.

Not a lot of customization so you are limited in some aspects.

As a result, I've had to build failsafes into my workflows that allow me to manually force folks into our out of weeks (ugh!).

I like it, its worked great for us and we plan on continuing using it. It is fantastic value for money and I would definitely recommend it to others.

It gives you the facility to integrate it with other applications easily. It has a good catalog of templates for easy to add content.

Easy to send bulk emails and reports about who are all received and seen mail is good. If they improve customer support it will be too good.

We're using workflows in Campaigns to send automated messages based on customer data, and have created quite the intricate web of workflows over the last year.

This entire platform is riddled with bugs, quirks, and errors that make your job so much harder. When things don't work, you normally assume you're doing it wrong with most software.

This saves me both time and money, two things I would love to have more of any day.

Great customer service, however, there are easier to use services currently.

What I like most is that it's not MailChimp. There is so much ease of use with the product that it makes it an easy go-to when I have to do a mailing.

Duplicating a workflow gets stuck and never duplicates. The bug required Zoho team to fix it on their side which took 3-5 business days.

I couldn't simply integrate Zoho Campaigns with Zoho CRM, which is unacceptable.

My role isn't creating the campaigns but I know sometimes there are errors that wrong emails get sent out. May be user error on our admin.

I am able to create beautiful campaigns with nice pictures that entice clients to want to book a vacation.

One of the best thing i like about zoho campagins is that it manage our email very simply and with that it aslo helps is email marketing too.

Probably its best features are the social media integration and the customization of the templates as mobile friendly. Setting up a campaign is quite easy.

Yes I am using since late 2017 and day by day they are improving their features. Their customer support is amazing.

But where this app really stood out for me was their support team. Wow, I impressed by how much hand-holding their technician did for me to get my first campaign email out.

It provides the best pricing plans and in that pricing structure, you can also use other services of ZOHO.

It is really easy to use. I also love their self help section, they have really great, detailed video walkthroughs of almost every aspect of the tool.

It is easy to use and affordable. It has lots of starter templates and making your own from scratch is user friendly.

There are occasional times when the workflows fail to run properly, and this causes me MAJOR headaches.

I am using this almost last 8 month and i find it very useful for me because of easy Interface and friendly UI. It take minutes to send emails to my  customer and help to grow business.

The best part of this software is it lets you schedule multiple campaigns. It also allows you to clone campaigns and change minor details if you are sending a re-occurring campaign.

The strongest point is integration with Zoko CRM.

Also, it has a nice integration with Zoho Mail and the rest of the Zoho environment which really is a big bonus if already using that stack.

Have a perfect and nice dashboard, so you can manage the progress of your campaign. The price to the value reasonable compared with other similar services.

The reports features of Zoho Campaigns is awesome. It gives me any metric i need to refine my marketing outreach.

With creativity, this tool is wonderful of marketing, customer engagement,etc.
